I am responding to the complaint as referenced aboveFirst, being in business since and proudly experiencing a 97% overall customer satisfaction rating, as you can imagine, we take any customer complaint very seriouslyWhat honestly disturbs me the most about the complaint filed by Mr***
is his personal attack on our company and valued employeesNormally, in the spirit of compromise I would consider his settlement offerHowever because of Mr***’s outlandish comments and accusations, please understand that I have absolutely no intention of lowering our chargeI truly believe that our charges are an accurate reflection of the work that was performedI have enclosed two documents for your review and ask that you specifically read the highlighted items.Item One: A copy of the actual IN-TAKE SHEET completed during the initial phone call.Item Two: A copy of the actual EMERGENCY SERVICE WORK & DIRECT PAY AUTHORIZATION, which clearly shows that we addressed and explained each reported concern prior to beginning our service.Again, because of the extreme falsehoods listed in this complaint, please understand that if we are not paid in full by the close of business on 03/13/15, I am simply turning this matter over to our attorney for collection including all collection costs.Sincerely, RScott K*** PresidentCc: Master Job FolderCustomer Copy

I trust that you have examined the documentation as presented with my first response. Please understand that I am absolutely not going to continue to try and defend our position because of Mr. [redacted]’s false accusations and contradicting statements. Our company has all of the necessary documentation, job photographs, and material samples to fully defend our position. As of this writing, I have elected to have our attorney proceed as stated in my previous letter. I will however move the 03/13/15 deadline date to Monday 03/16/15. Our attorney will proceed as instructed Tuesday 03/17/15 unless we alert them that we have received payment in full by the close of business Monday 03/16/15.
