Dear Revdex.com,I am responding to the compliant lodged against Cameron Greens Apartments from [redacted] resident of #*** [redacted] called and stated I am moving at the end of the month, we responded with the contract requires a no less than a day and no greater than a written notice to vacate She became very loud and aggressive as we continued to attempt to explain her obligations.She then dropped off the attached letter and we again tried to explain her contractual obligations and she did not want to hear itI have also attached the first page of her lease contract for your reviewPlease note that paragraph states she has to give no less than a day notice, if we did not inform her in advance of a renewal offerIn this case we did not inform her, as we are not aggressively perusing renewals at this timeWe are not asking residents to move, however we are also not requesting renewals in certain cases[redacted] failed to give her day notice and therefore is in breach of contractShe will be charged thru a full thirty day notice, the cost of reletting (paragraph 10) and any lawful deductions for final utilities and unreasonable wear and tear in the apartment If you are in need of further information and or documents, Please contact me at [redacted] or via my email [redacted] Respectfully, [redacted] Community Manager

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] I have read the comments and as I leave there when I needed maintenance to fix the situation on the appointment it was never fix or I had to wait or more weeks for them to fix it sometimes I just had to tell a friend to do it for me but never was I told to do a notice of a sertine period to no a out I will not lie I did said an an unappropriate word but only one timeI was also never given my lease to made sure to have told them in advance to give them my moving out notice

She became very loud and aggressive as we continued to attempt to explain her obligations.She then dropped off the attached letter and we again tried to explain her contractual obligations and she did not want to hear it. I have also attached the first page of her lease contract for your review. Please note that paragraph 36 states she has to give no less than a 30 day notice, if we did not inform her in advance of a renewal offer. In this case we did not inform her, as we are not aggressively perusing renewals at this time. We are not asking residents to move, however we are also not requesting renewals in certain cases.[redacted] failed to give her 30 day notice and therefore is in breach of contract.
