5/20/2020 I hired Cameron Home Improvement Group, Inc. for a tear-off roof on my 1959 ranch home, and I'm delighted to give them 5 stars for this job. From start to finish, this team is professional. They provided the most comprehensive and detailed estimate, offered multiple choices, and customized for me without question. The materials arrived promptly and were exactly right. A five man crew, and foreman Dylan, were efficient, coordinated, and courteous. My home is surrounded with gardens (which in May are just waking up), and the Cameron crew respected them all! The unknown roof quirks I inherited from the house's previous owner were dealt with professionally. Cleanup was excellent, and the price was competative and very fair. I am absolutely confident in recommending Cameron Home Improvement Group.

We just had a complete roof replacement done by Cameron Roofing. They did a great job! Total project, which included a complete tear-off, took less than 2 days. They were professional, careful with landscaping and did a great job of clean-up. Highly recommend!

An outstanding company and roofing job. Bid was several thousand dollars below their main competitor, work was done efficiently and effectively. Great communication before, during, and after work completion. Beautiful roof work, protected shrubs, great clean-up, polite and helpful staff and installers. We had Cameron install a roof.The work and workers were fantastic.We were always kept up to date on progress by the foreman.
Everything was done that was written on the contract. There was no bs. If a problem was found they got the OK to fix it there was no surprises. Communication was always open with the workers or main office. Other companies should follow Camerons work ethics and learn how to treat customers. A pleasure doing business with them

Ridge cap shingles continually blow off the last 7 years, I have replaced several shingles over that time period, but am done doing that. If they were placed 180 degrees from current position, they would not blow off. The shingles need to be completely replaced on the ridge cap.They did not return my phone call. Storm is coming and I need to expedite.

While there are many contractor/roofing choices in Rochester, NY to choose from, I am glad I chose Cameron Home Improvement. I also had some vinyl siding trim work done and the work quality was superb.
The roofing crew that was assigned to my home was nothing less than top-notch. The onsite foreman was my point person for any questions or concerns and everything was handled promptly and professionally. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and treated my home and the work they were doing as if they were doing it on their own homes. This was high-quality work and when they were done, the yard was cleaner than when they showed up.
The office staff and supervisors were very good about communicating with me so that I knew what to expect and when the work would start. I have already been referring them to my family and friends and would absolutely choose them again to do any additional work that I needed done. A huge thank you to Dave Cameron and team.

We had our roof replaced with Cameron Roofing in March of 2018, in the scope of work they also revented our bathroom vent and installed baffling in our soffits for proper ventilation. A year later after an energy audit, the auditor found black mold. A mold specialist along with the auditor found the causes to be improper installation of the bathroom vent flex duct (which was collecting water and not venting properly) significant mold was found inside along with improper installation of the baffles. When the mold was being remediated, there was over 40 feet of flex duct found; we were told maximum of 25 feet was code.

We have contacted Cameron Roofing about the improper installation of both, to which a representative named Sean, told us they did not install new venting. We have picture documentation of the original venting from our home inspection in 2016 which shows no flex duct but a straight metal pipe, which in the current mold reports is visible laying to the side of the new flex duct. We have written documentation from the energy auditor and mold specialist which we forwarded to Cameron, however their only reponse was to say "that they did not install new duct work". It is clear that this is a lie; they also did not address the improper installation of the baffles which was also noted as a leading cause of the mold.

We had Cameron install a new roof. From the initial visit to drawing up the contract to the final installation, the experience was professional, courteous, friendly and problem free. If we had questions prior to installation, their response was immediate. The installation crew was courteous and friendly and did a superb installation. The yard was left spotlessly clean. If for some reason I needed to install another roof, I would not waste time getting estimates. I would just call Cameron.

We've had Cameron Home Improvement Group install several roofs for us over the years, both on our home (twice) and two rental properties. We found them to be very professional and appreciated how they worked with us to design and replace only part of our roof after storm damage. They went "over and above" several times - once to help prevent further damage while we waited for the repair after a storm. Another time, they were quick to make things right when there was a minor issue with a gutter replacement. Cameron listens carefully, gives good advice and strives to make you completely happy with your final result.
They know the products, do excellent work, are diligent in cleaning up and good at keeping in touch. With major work on your property don't take a chance on saving a few pennies with less reliable outfits! ! We highly recommend Cameron.

When shingles fly off of your roof like playing cards and getting a new roof is imminent, finding a trustworthy company can be daunting. Even getting a company to return your call or email can be daunting. However Cameron Roofing was different. Not only did they provide an exceptional final product, but offered exceptional customer service. Cameron partnered with us to get necessary estimates and details that our insurance company required in order for us to make an informed decision. We are glad that we chose Cameron!

We just completed a very large home improvement in our home and cannot say enough about the company.
