In regards to Homeowners accusations to an Angel in a wreath that we supposedly broke, not sure how this is possible but this is the first I've heard about this Angel!!! Before we even started this job I have pictures of Homeowners garage door windows with "XOXOXO Happy Birthday [redacted] " all the way across the windows showing how dirty the place already was before we started!!!! And in regards to an inadequate gas blower, its just a blower!! In regards to us dirtying Homeowner's windows, not sure how we dirtied every one of Home-owners windows but I still offered time and again to clean all windows myself plus every window on the inside as well but Homeowner demanded a Professional Window Cleaning Company and I was to pay for this per the Homeowner plus Power Spray her entire home which I offered to also do myself but once again had to be done by a "Professional"!!! In regards to Legal Window of Time (days), Homeowner and I signed the contract 10/30/14, we didn't start the job until 11-4-14!! Also, tarping of the roof was never discussed nor necessary at the time because no further damage was caused!!! In regards to falsifying documents, never happened and the accusation of not giving Home-owner a copy of the contract, I have an email where she admitted throwing it in the garbage I have since emailed Homeowner, daughter, and her Insurance Company a total of five copies! I have always answered any phone calls from Homeowner or emails as soon as possible' In regards to doing any more work for this Homeowner, can no longer happen because now I have been accused of stealing a Family Photo Album and breaking many items inside and outside of her home and a window!!! I also agreed to paint Homeowners kitchen ceiling any color of her choice but that I suggest Semi-Gloss white because of all the food stains on her ceiling and I had that color in stock! Semi-Gloss can be cleaned off but flat paint not so much that's why I recommended Semi-Gloss!" Homeowner also chose from a color chart her shingle color so on the contract she initialed her name next to the color she picked out!" In regards to the priceIt was agreed upon that the Insurance proceeds would pay for this pb and she agreed to these terms and signed the contract" Homeowner also told me she talked with other contractors but chose me!!! In regards to us breaking her toothbrush, not only did I tell Homeowner to remove any items that could Earl oft the walls or shelves to remove or secure and this is covered in item #on the contract that Homeowner signed My crew has never been disrespectful to any homeowner and I would never put up with this if they were! I treated her like I would treat my mother with the up most respect" The Scooter we supposedly broke was always laying out by the mini-barn on its side and stained and filthy because its under trees!!! Also, Homeowners exterior tables were already dirty and very unkept and we absolutely never broke any yard ornaments!! I never raised my voice to the Homeowner, when discussing five nails per shingle she thought she should be able to see the nail heads on top of each shingle so in her mind she thought we glued shingles on so I kindly explained to Homeowner that the nails are hidden and then she acted satisfied and thanked me for explaining this to her, she also commented on how the neighbors drive by and smile at her new roof"' I never went to Homeowners house ever without an appointment, on 11-5-I was to meet the Homeowner @ 8:am but showed up minutes early at 8:am, as I get out of my truck the Homeowner starts screaming at me to get out of my yard or I'm calling the police, you are here too early!! The neighbor lady was outside so I walked over in disbelief and asked the lady if she knew this Homeowner because I'm having problems with her, the neighbor lady told me that she is "Very Difficult' and that if you don't leave she WILL call the police on you and told me how earlier in the morning how she was screaming at the Trash Men!!! I did take a photo of Homeowner holding the contract because of the way she was acting and I did call Homeowners daughter in the very beginning because I was a little skeptical of Home­owner and the daughter assured me that everything would be ok and I did this before the contract was ever signed! As of the $35/hour, I felt it was unrelated to the roofing installation, I showed up with men to rake, clean, move table, clean window, put leaves in a trash can, load up approxshrubs, trees, other plants and drove them to her acquaintances house and then to unload because I was trying to satisfy the Homeowner!' Also, Homeowners Insurance Co ( [redacted] of ICA,lnc ) told me to submit final invoice of what work we have completed and that they would take care of the rest so that's what I did Mr [redacted] stated that they will mail out a check to Homeowner but Homeowner already stated that she will not be paying me!! My Roofing business is solely based on referrals and it's a shame that any company would have to deal with this type of customer and if she would have chosen another company they would be in this same position as I am in, I have always taken care of mistakes made and always will!!! What I want at this point is just to be done with this Homeowner and I RESENT the blackmail attempt to extort money from me, she wants $1,for pain and suffering and an extra $that's owed to me for the final invoice!! I immediately asked [redacted] if I could meet with her the next morning to look these items over and [redacted] agreed and that I was to be there at 8:amI show up at 8:am three minutes early and [redacted] yelled "Get Out of My Yard Before I Call The Police On You" from out her window, the neighbor was outside so I walked over and asked if she knew Ms [redacted] and the neighbor said " [redacted] is Very Difficult and You Better Get Out of Here Because She Will Call The Police On You" and also commented that earlier in the morning that [redacted] had been screaming at the Trash Men! Later that evening we agreed to meet on that next Saturday 11/8/at am, [redacted] told me to bring a blower, rake, windex, and a few more men because I wanted to make [redacted] happy! [redacted] had me and my guys raking leaves, cleaning a window, putting her leaves in a trash can, cleaning with windex two tables, transporting at least plants, trees, shrubs in the back of my pito take approxtwo miles down the road to a friends house!! I treated [redacted] like I would my own grandmother but I feel as though she took advantage of my kindness as her demands would not stop, [redacted] started stating that we got dust in her house and that this gave her a sinus infection and we are to compensate her for her illness [redacted] also stated that now her exterior/interior windows needs a thorough cleaning and that we used the wrong kind of blower (hmmm)! [redacted] also demanded that I pay for a professional window cleaning coeven though I offered to clean windows myself but that also was unacceptable! [redacted] also stated many times that after the gutters were to be installed that I am to pay for Power Washing because her house is dirty! [redacted] now states that AAR, Inchas violated the Three Day Home Improvement Statute but we didn't start work until four days after Ms [redacted] signed her contract! As to no permit, I paid for a ermit the day before we started Ms [redacted] s roof on 11/3/and will send proof to the Revdex.com, Ms [redacted] signed her contract with All-American Restoration, Incon 11/30/so that gave her days to get out of her contract so not sure why she states that she didn't get a day waiting period Ms [redacted] states that I wouldn't give checks back that she signed over to me, she never asked for those checks back because I explained to her that those funds go strictly to pay for the material and labor and that my profit comes from the back end payment! All of these accusations are all bogus and it changes every day, Ms [redacted] claims I took The Family Photo Album, I mean come on who steals a Photo Album and she also claims I broke a toothbrush!!! I spent hours on a Saturday with myself and other guys raking leaves, putting leaves in a trash can, moving tables where Ms [redacted] wanted them placed, I also drove approxshrubs, treesbushes miles down the road to an acquaintances, not sure how all of this pertains to roofing but I tried everything to please Ms [redacted] but it is impossible, I even gave her free Ice and Water in her valleys because her insurance co didn't pay for it, I also went ahead and roofed Ms [redacted] s dog house FREE because shingles had green mold on them and looked awful and I thought that it would look nice to match up with the mini-barn and home and was never thanked for my generosity only more complains and demandsI never tarred the roof because it was never brought up and at the time I didn't see any further damage that showed cause too tarp the roof! Ms [redacted] states that she will not pay me the $2,that is owed, in my opinion this is what people do when they want to keep the money for themselves, make things up!!! I'm looking at an asphalt grit covered satin angel wreath next to a window & beneath gutters at my front door dirtied & china head gone due to roofers who would not stop their work, blew grit w/an antiquated gas blower, ineffective & created clouds of stirred up grit rather than remove residue & covered windows w/dirt grime while roofing which began PRIOR to legal window of time, days, punishable by fine w/recoverable atty fees, did not tarp roof when raining Halloween & rain forecast, falsified document by changing date of signature which is illegal PUNISHABLE by courts
*** did NOT give me a copy of contract & I requested by phone & emails bring it to me before men began & he did NOT show up; he did not answer my phone or respond to vm or email. The damages R captured on camera; he did not finish job (interior: suggested he had 1/gallon of semi-gloss left over fr another job & would paint my ceiling with it & I stated I want to choose my own color at Lowes; VB did not respond
I asked him for name of vendor of roof & what co he used because I could find out what he paid for my roof; he would not divulge; he gave me wrong name of shingles; doesn't come in color he specified; the price of shingles approx$& he would not give me invoice for product;
VB made me show him my computer info from insurance co which stated how much I would be paid; he wrote contract based on this information & stated I owed him every cent of what insurance co paid me to him which is NOT true; I ought to have bids for the job & decide but the insurance co stated I needed to act quickly since my roof leaking in the kitchen where ice & water shield NOT installed by roofer 7yrs ago; thus my duty as homeowner to have job done & I could have waited altho cold weather upcoming & I TRUSTED my insurance co GEICO who has inspector who ought to know what contractor is honest & does good work
The thrust of men throwing down the shingles onto my roof caused my Sonicare toothbrush to roll off sink onto ceramic tile & broke it! That's IMPACT! His disrespectful crew threw things which belonged to me into the yard (my grandson's motorized scooter --now broken--& a white painted wrought iron table w/glass top thrown into yard, uncovered, another table w/glass & wood dirtied, uncovered & statuary & glass ball ornaments in yard broken; all dirtied
I felt like a crime victim & I am. It's a crime be ignored & disrespected & bullied (he called me abusive when I asked him to show me nails per shingle & rather than do so, he yelled at me & accused me falsely)
He brought an older man w/sloppy shoes & alcohol on his breath & razor cut face abraided w/fresh blood to my home Nov 11, unannounced to distract me & have it staged w/a camera for him to take a photo of me holding the contract; he'd kept if from me days & I let him know prior he'd begun work
He's falsified documents; I can not trust his work & he's lied to me & involved my daughter who's autistic & should not be party to his shenanigans & triangulation. She is not the customer. He berated me to my daughter to gain sympathy as he's done w/you to take sides
This is abt the law, the rule of law & honoring work; he did not install gutters & his intention was only to use KILLZ on ceiling & he knew he was breaking the law. When channel learns of his using illegal immigrants & violating law plus charging me for cleanup @ $35/hr to counter my costs for broken items (not including angel wreath) evidence of fraud
What I want is to end all business w/VB & he has been paid checks from Nationwide & will receive no more. I want reimbursement for windows washed & broken objects, damaged, dirtied; pressure washing needed: all adds up his being OVERPAID using illegal immigrants & falsifying documents; I want $refunded to me for damages & cleaning & I will be happy to be a reference for any person considering Brad ***'s company; I've filed w/Ind Dept Insurance as well & Atty General & *** at WICR, a personal friend of mine for his crime

As to no permit, I paid for a ermit the day before we started Ms. [redacted]s roof on 11/3/14 and will send proof to the Revdex.com, Ms. [redacted] signed her contract with All-American Restoration, Inc. on 11/30/14 so that gave her 4 days to get out of her contract so not sure why she states that she didn't get a 3 day waiting period Ms [redacted] states that I wouldn't give 2 checks back that she signed over to me, she never asked for those checks back because I explained to her that those funds go strictly to pay for the material and labor and that my profit comes from the back end payment! All of these accusations are all bogus and it changes every day, Ms. [redacted] claims I took The Family Photo Album, I mean come on who steals a Photo Album and she also claims I broke a toothbrush!!! I spent 4 hours on a Saturday with myself and 2 other guys raking leaves, putting leaves in a trash can, moving tables where Ms [redacted] wanted them placed, I also drove approx. 10 shrubs, trees. bushes 2 miles down the road to an acquaintances, not sure how all of this pertains to roofing but I tried everything to please Ms [redacted] but it is impossible, I even gave her free Ice and Water in her valleys because her insurance co didn't pay for it, I also went ahead and roofed Ms [redacted]s dog house FREE because shingles had green mold on them and looked awful and I thought that it would look nice to match up with the mini-barn and home and was never thanked for my generosity only more complains and demands. I never tarred the roof because it was never brought up and at the time I didn't see any further damage that showed cause too tarp the roof! Ms. [redacted] states that she will not pay me the $2,800 that is owed, in my opinion this is what people do when they want to keep the money for themselves, make things up!!!
