This is in response to Mr.*** complaint of being overcharged for a tow that was done for him on November 17, by Phil's Towing IncWhat Mr*** failed to mention was that it was a State Police call for an accidentWhat he also failed to mention was the fact that it took 1hr mins to
recover vehicle and to place in secured storage lot due to extremely heavy traffic on I=NB due to Radford University and Virginia Tech letting out for the Thanksgiving holidayHe also failed to mention that included waiting for his son to finish his cigarette and his friend to finish urinating at the end of a restaurant parking lot while I waited for him to unload his personal belongings from his crashed vehicleHe also failed to mention that I spent minutes with him Saturday when we are normally closed trying to explain tow bill to him and when he did not agree with something I said he would laugh at meHe also stated that it was only a mile round trip tow when it was actually milesAfter finally having enough, I loaded up his vehicle and parked it at the end of the street because he told me that he was going to rent a truck and tow dolly and take his vehicle to a shop of his choosingI also did not charge him any storage to keep his vehicle and the remaining contents of vehicle secureI think if Mr*** would check with other tow companies in this area and lay out correct facts he would find out that we were more than fair with our pricingAlso service was not incorrectly preformed, we did no further damage his vehicle in any way.This is first complaint to my knowledge to Revdex.com in over 21years of business and almost 40,tows completed.Phil LangfordPhil's Towing Inc

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The firm owner did not explain about he already fixed and mentioned his charge on the day of towing when I asked the estimates and he also failed to explain about the fact there's no detailed information on the receipt how this charge came from like labor hours, mileage he drove. Moreover, his appeal that he has no complaints for years can not prove or garantee his performance should be satisfied by myself.
