Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This issue happened on January 13th The company has been promising resolution for going on months We are rapidly facing another heating season I need resolution - not promises for next week, or next week, or next week! I am sorry that the owner is out of town for medical reasons, but this should have been resolved months ago!Sincerely,*** ***

Hello,
In response to *** complaint:
Many of this customers statements are incorrect:
* Cameron's did not sell or install a old outdated floor model, Cameron Plumbing & Heating purchased the unit from our Vendor on 10/01/2014.
* Monitor heat pumps have NOT been discontinued and
are still availableWe have already received the warrantied replacement unit for the customer
* Many of the delays on this project was due to the property owner *** *** preparing the space and being available for the installation to begin
* After installation had began we were instructed to make location changes due to the customer unhappy with the aesthetic appearance this required Cameron Plumbing & Heating to Subcontract out new electrical work that still has NOT been paid by the customer.
Cameron Plumbing & Heating does not currently have a technical available to address the warranty issues and are preparing a partial refund for the customer

In response to Ms***'s allegations:
At the first contact Ms*** was informed that Cameron's doesn't usually hook up washer/dryers but she requested we come out and look, at that time she was scheduled for the plumber to come scope out the job
Ms *** did not ask for a written
quote, she said she couldn't get anybody else to do it and it had to get done
$per technician is the norm in this industry, and she was told it would take two technicians to complete this work, as the term "stackable" indicates
Ms*** alleges that the technicians spent time reading the instructions, yes, they attached the feet, brackets and clips to the machineWhen looking for these parts the instructions called for they discovered that the homeowner had removed them and left them in another room; this led to time consuming confusion
It was not a simple "electrical cord, hook up hoses and a new vent", the technicians were working in a small tight closet
Ms *** says the venting is not connected properly, the space is so tight there is no way for the venting to not touch the machine
Cameron's has offered to take the "drive time" off the bill which would be minutes each way resulting in mins off her billShe was not interested
Cameron’s would like to resolve this however will send it to collections if necessary

Carolyn C*** has been out of state on emergency medical travelCameron's Plumbing and Heating is working to resolve this issueA warranty claim was filed and the manufacturer concurred that warranty is valid and shipped a new unitMs *** does not wish to have the new unit installed
We actively working on a resolution, and expecting to have it finialized early next week
