This company is a scam. They do not sale what they advertise, saying they sale front lace wigs instead it is fake hair wigs that are not lace. I had purchased from them April 29 and got wigs that look nothing like the picture.
Please please please stay away from this website. It is absolutely a scam. The product that they sent was cheap, ugly, and basically a mop. I wish I had looked here before I made the purchase. If there was something lower than 1 star I would give that.
I only gave this company a star bc I had to in order to complete a review but they deserve no stars at all. This company is a scam so dont waste your time and your money. All their photos on the site are stolen. They will take your money and then send you “party city Halloween wigs” with cheap doll hair texture
A complete scam! I order 3 items from them. I requested a refund a few days after I order once I had done some research ( a little late, I know). Then 2 weeks later I get a notice saying the order had shipped. About 5 days after that they emailed me back saying I was not getting a refund because it had shipped. No responses or contact since. When they did finally arrive (a month later from New Jersey ??) They were just HORRIBLE and unusable. Just a waste of time and money. Don't do it to yourself.
Definitely a scam website. The product I received after a month is significantly different than described on the website. The tracking for the package even seemed like a scam, it was in limbo for the full month of waiting for it to arrive. They are very slow at responding to emails and responded with "We are sorry that your package has been sent." 2 weeks after I asked for a return and refund.
I think it’s a scam. Placed an order April 10th 30 days later no package or update and no response when trying to contact regarding refund
This company is advertising lace front wigs of human hair. However I purchased a bogo buy two get one free and free shipping. When I received my order they were cheap plastic/ synthetic wigs used in Halloween costumes. I have purchase many wigs before from amazon or other websites and they have been amazing. This online store however is scamming people left and right and advertising wigs and video clips of other Hair companies and making it seem as if they are their products. I tried contacting them through various applications and via email and they they haven’t replied to any of my request for a refund. I read another person sent the products back and til this day she has not received her refund. I my order number that this store gave me was Rose-*** in the amount of $55.76. They also give you options on the wigs such as ; if you want the wig at a standard fullness, if you want it 150% fuller for 200% full which the price will go up with each fullness/ volume amount to make more money off people.
