I brought my Toyota to Crowfoot Image and upon picking up the vehicle, multiple panels, gaps are misaligned and uneven Sean *** did not want to hear me, continuously claimed" Toyota Certified" the repair and they did an "excellent job" and it is to be misaligned He tried to dismiss me, and I refuse to pick up my car in this condition I ask about documentation for the certified repair -That he claimed is in the receipt but and not on my receipt , he refuse to speak with me when I ask the receptionist that I want to verify this point I contacted my insurance regarding this...Then Sean *** changed his story saying the the headlights are causing misalignment Although in the morning he claimed to be "Toyota certified" and they did an excellent jobThe car is still at their shop I hope the owner and Sean *** would own up to the poor workmanship *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** I have to make sure it is is the proper condition as this is a leased vehicle And in principle after $10,in repairs it should be done right 2.) The receptionist got deductible payment from me before I even look that the results, did not staple any paperwork or receipt together, and gave me the keys Did not tell me where my car wasI had to ask They should show me the car first before collecting payment and giving the keys to mePoor service, Poor etiquette, Poor workmanship and Deny responsibility Wasting my time and toke advantage me - thinking I didn't know anything about a proper repair ***

As expected! they are doing a great job, the manager was only priority ''clients satisfaction' He even painted my bumper witch wasn't part of the claim! Thank you
The front desk was amazing makes me feel that I'm part of the family so polite, professional, friendly, helpful and efficientI just just asked her about the job done on my car she was amazingly smiling then called the manager to explain what they've done on my car I couldn't even tell witch part of my car had an accident! Then took the car to the *** dealer so they told me that the job was perfect Thank you guys
