We contracted with Bartlett Brainard to build a four season "sunroom" onto our existing home based on the professional and reliable services they had provided to us previously The commission was to build a room with maximum windows on all three sides, a cathedral ceiling and a small porch for the sliding door entrywayAll was to be done so the new room had a look and feel consistent with our existing home giving the feeling of oneness The design was perfect as was the execution The carpenters who work directly for Bartlet were master craftsmen paying attention to detail, aesthetics and liveability of the new room They are easy to work with The subcontractors providing the roofing, siding, gutters/downspouts and electrical were also experts in their professions We contracted with our current heating/ac company to do the ducting We plan on essentially living in this completed room with views of our pond, the birds and our flower gardens and forest We are very pleased with what Bartlett did for us and will use them again

Cathy and her staff were very easy to work with from estimate to install. Measurements were exact; we were able to replace while preserving existing framing and reusing interior trim.
