I received a complaint about my business ( [redacted] ***) Complainant, [redacted] ***Complaint Date 2/3/with ID # [redacted] Around the time she claims the incident occurred we were in contact with [redacted] and were willing to help determined what had happened and who was at faultNote; this doesn’t happen from one day to anotherFirst step, was figuring out who she was and what truck we worked onWe went threw all our receipts prior to that day, for a (rim changed out/ balance for $dollars) but didn’t find one in our recordsMy employee stated she was calling 5-times a day maybe more, but refused to talk to anyone other than the ownerI wasn’t at the shop, so I wasn’t able to get on the phone with her at that timeIt became really hard to talk to her because most of the time she would be on the phone yelling and cursing at employees, wouldn’t even give them a chance to respond back About days after, the first harassing call began, a [redacted] called us and threatened to come to the shop and do harm to us if we didn’t take full responsibility for the wheel coming off of her vehicleSo at that moment we decided to stop all communication with them, but they kept calling and calling, like I stated before they wouldn't even give us a chance to talk, so we contacted APD (311) and file a report with case # [redacted] A detective was assigned to the case, and he advised to stop accepting calls from the numbers they were calling, so at that moment we decided to block the numbers they were calling from

[redacted] place went up there to get my rims put on bought brand-new Lugnuts from [redacted] which the employee said that the lock would probably have to be replaced eventually due to wear and tear after a while and the employee put on three of the tires while supposedly owner put on my driver side as we left it was shaking and we thought it was because they said that one of the tires was put on the opposite way which can wear them out a little faster we get to 51st and and my truck ends up on the roader, my tire flew off the truck ends up in the woods also my fender is touching my door so now my door won’t open another Customer that was at the tire shop seen us and helped us out we jacked up the truck and put the tire on we call the tire shop back and the employee that put the tire on basically stated that it wasn’t his fault so we go back up there cause now I have none of the lug nuts that I bought which flew off ( what coincidence )We go back to the shop and the employee was

I received a complaint about my business ([redacted]).  Complainant, [redacted]. Complaint Date 2/3/2018 with ID #[redacted].  Around the time she claims the incident occurred we were in contact with [redacted] and were willing to help determined what had happened and who was...

at fault. Note; this doesn’t happen from one day to another. First step, was figuring out who she was and what truck we worked on. We went threw all our receipts prior to that day,  for a (rim changed out/ balance for $50 dollars) but didn’t find one in our records. My employee stated she was calling 5-10 times a day maybe more, but refused to talk to anyone other than the owner. I wasn’t at the shop, so I wasn’t able to get on the phone with her at that time. It became really hard to talk to her because most of the time she would be on the phone yelling and cursing at employees, wouldn’t even give them a chance to respond back . About 2 days after, the first harassing call began, a [redacted] called us and threatened to come to the shop and do harm to us if we didn’t take full responsibility for the wheel coming off of her vehicle. So at that moment we decided to stop all communication with them, but they kept calling and calling, like I stated before they wouldn't even give us a chance to talk, so we contacted APD (311) and file a report with case #[redacted]. A detective was assigned to the case, and he advised to stop accepting calls from the numbers they were calling, so at that moment we decided to block the numbers they were calling from.
