UNPROFESSIONAL - Not Licensed - NOT insured... Damaged and broke almost every item they moved.... Dropped furniture, damaged electrical cords to a number of items, broke TV, Damaged desks, side tables and dropped and broke table. They LIE. Say professional movers break things, that is what insurance is for. ... They do not respond back. Demand payment in cash only. No receipts. Website professional looking and says licensed and insured. Wife, ***, drives the rented Uhaul and damaged landscaping trying to maneuver truck.
Bottom line: Don't use unless moving things to the junk yard, because almost every item was broken and damaged.
We used Camille's to move our home. First, we were told two individuals would be moving us, and one was sent home after loading. Peterson, the owner then proceeded to move everything by himself. He broke and damaged several pieces of furniture but said he had insurance to cover the damage. We have contacted him several times to get his insurance information but has not given us any information or returned the last contact via text message.
Other (requires explanation) We would like to be reimbursed for damages or have his insurance information provided so we can have our furnishings fixed.
We take full responsibility for items that were broken by us . The times he is complaining about we're in bad shape and we're already falling apart . He had no new furniture all furniture was old .we agreed to move him under one circumstance, we agreed to assist him at a very affordable price because he couldn't afford the other moving companies so this was a job that had nothing to do with our company . We told him this was separated from our company and would be moving for him on our day off as a personal move.

I have listed several photos showing the ad on craigslist for the business as well as his contact via text messaging stating he had insurance. he told me to send him the pictures that were damaged. As you can see our furniture is not old And was in very good condition. All of the damage you see occurred while Peterson the owner of Camilli's professional service did in his business attire, acting as Camilli's professional services. He states they take responsibility, and clearly he is not taking responsibility By providing his insurance information to submit claims to have our furniture fixed by a professional. As you can see from the picture of the text messages with Peterson there was never a reply back for the insurance information all he said was yes and never again responded to the text or provided insurance information.
