I would like to address the complaint that was issued by our tenant, [redacted] who resides at [redacted] since September 30, Camillo Properties is the new property management company for this property as of January 1, Camillo Properties has addressed all of [redacted] s concerns · We own and manage most of the homes in the [redacted] neighborhood We take pride in our neighborhoods and are very concerned with the appearance of our homes We mow and edge ALL of our homes on the same days of the week in order to keep a manicured look and have good curb appeal [redacted] is welcomed to mow her own yard if she feels it’s not mowed often enough, but we will not offset her monthly payments; · Our maintenance crew went out there on June to check out the issue with the “soffit and the large hole” “animals are living inside it” – there were NO animals living inside and the hole was repaired; · Our Area manager came out on June to check the repairs and asked to come in and see the appliances which were reported broken on the Revdex.com complaint The tenant told him, no need to come in, the appliances were not broken· We made another call to our lawn maintenance company to make sure this home is being mowed on a weekly basis In the Desired Settlement: [redacted] would like to only pay $a month versus the $a month that she agreed to on her lease because of her complaints that were not addressed Please note that in her complaint, dated june 4, she states that “The caulk was replaced” We do not feel that this has caused the home to be unlivable by any means and we have addressed all of her concerns I am the community contact for this neighborhood and have just learned of this complaint through the Revdex.com Please contact me if you have any questions or other concerns Thank you!

  Camillo Properties called and spoke with [redacted] on Thursday 8/20 to discuss the return payment charge on her account.  She informed us that the bank made and error and should not have returned her payment. copy of  the  referenced police report, stating that our company must have proper documentation of  the incident  in order to  process Ms. [redacted]’s request to remove  the collection. Since this conversation Camillo Properties  has  not received a copy of the police report, nor has had any further communication with Ms. [redacted]. While Camillo Properties is aware of the serious nature  of  Ms. [redacted]’s claims, our company must  ensure the crime in question is legitimate  prior to making  any financial adjustments. If Ms. [redacted] would like to provide a copy of the  police report, Camillo Properties can revisit this dispute and better assist in resolving the matter.

  I am attempting to obtain a fax number etc to provide the info as this company refused to provide ME info even after stating this was in my name and is on my credit. My number is [redacted]. I will be happy to speak with them to get this info to them less the attitude and unprofessionalism as I am NOT the criminal.
