We in fact had concrete work done at Camino Real Apartments in which Star Paving is the responsible party for damages to her vehicle. Ms. [redacted] provided us with photos as well as Star Paving. However after several attempts to contact [redacted] with Star Paving in resolving the issue... I contacted our corporate office as to advise on the situation and what action was to be taken. As of Friday, 10-21-16 was advised by corporate that Ms. [redacted] will need to file a claim with her insurance company and the insurance company will file the claim with Star Paving. We unfortunately are caught in the middle and are in high hopes that Star Paving does the right thing.Thank you,Yvette S***

Ms***,Mr*** *** vehicle was brought to us by an independent shop that had installed the wrong partsWe did not work on the vehicle 1st handMr*** *** brought the truck in when he could not fix itHe had replaced several parts that were not the correct partsWe had to
restore the truck to factory condition before we could begin to diagnosis itWhen we got to a point that we could not reach Mr*** or the owner Mr*** I used my cell phone to reach them because it’s from a different area codeWe finally got Mr*** to come to our facility to physically show him what was wrong with his vehicle at that point I explained to him unless the vehicle has sentimental value it’s not worth proceedingHis repair order was for over $1,I discounted the repair order at which point Mr*** wrote me a check for insufficient fundsHis vehicle is still at my shopI have left him several messages to come get his truckThere will be no reimbursement for the repairs to restore his truck back to factory specs from where MR*** installed the WRONG PARTSAs of 11/04/@ I have contacted Mr*** the owner and Mr*** about picking the vehicle upHe has until Monday 11/07/@ 5:00pm and we will start incurring storage fees at $per daySo I consider this matter closed and no further action will be presented by Apple Sport Chevrolet.Regards,
