[redacted] –We sympathize with your situation as an accident is a scary and costly event for anyoneThe terms of your lease agreement represent a contract between you and your lender/lessorA higher down payment allows you to make lower monthly payments, as the total cost of the lease is divided over the length of the termCoastal Nissan is happy to work with you on getting into another vehicleHowever, we can’t refund “some of the deposit you made back,” as that was the contract you had with your chosen lender/lessor.Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, I only have this version of the contracts coastal Nissan had to send me thru email due to me never recieving the copiesBefore receiving these contracts in email form, I've never seen the contracts in my lifeThe signatures on these contracts are not mine and were forged by *** after I signed the other paperworkHe added these warranties without my permissionMy original complaint goes into detail on the situationI sent the paperwork into Coastal's refund department to begin the process about a week ago and just sent in the last required proof of payoff doc they requestedI would still appreciate if I could be aided in a full refund rather than a prorated oneI never used or intended on using either warranty and I've been trying to receive a full refund since a few days after signing, *** left the company shortly after my purchase. Thanks,-*** ***

When the came in to the shop the ebrake work fineWhen they finish the brake jobI check the e-brake and didn't hold up as it recommend to pass inspectionThe e-brake should hold up to 3,000rpm before it move which this car didn't doI show this and they put it back in the shop to examine this problem After mins they said theirs nothing wrong at all and they had yr tech look at Next thing I know the Shop manager comes tell means what wrong and I explain the problem and thing I know he didn't want to resolve the issue on hand and walk awayI went to talk to GM this place and explainthe problem After 30mins the car was done but they made the e brake too tight The next day I was on the highway going to *** *** *** and the rear end was vibrating badly that I call them back to tell I am back so that they look at the problemI was at the bay when I explain the problem and that it should been done yesterday and that I should have not been their the next day .I was not rude or abusive and the person said I wasI was just frustrated that this done properly that day beforeNext thing I know he went into the shop manager office and talking something and next I know he talking to me and I explain him my said The shop manage attitude was nothing is prefect at allThat we all make mistake and told me to leave or else he will the policeI think it rude this company to your money don't resolve the problem When you do a brake job 1) when you take the old rotors and pads you need to examine everything before you put the old ones on.2) look at e-brake lines to see if they need to be replace3) check the calipers to see if they to be replace Those things I mention about what Coastal Nissan didn't do .I was told by shop manager that the only thing they do is take the old rotors and pads and put new ones on.So Monday I had to go to *** to get my rear examineThey find out that my caliper need to be replace and I had to get done .

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***. The signatures on the contracts are forged by the previous finance guyMy girlfriend and I never saw those contracts, until they were needed and coastal had to send them to meCoastal Nissan will not honor the actions of a previous employee and I will never do business with such a corrupt dealership againI will make sure everyone I know knows what they didI'll leave this report as is since I'm getting the prorated refund, although I never agreed to these warranties.
Regards,

After performing rear brake work we advised the customer that the emergency brake system would require a short period of time to adjust, as they are interdependent. Customer insisted that the emergency brake be tightened against our recommendation. The subsequent problem was a result of this...

adjustment. Coastal Nissan does not tolerate rude and abusive behavior toward any of our employees and will notify authorities if there is a threat to workplace safety.

In reading the dealership's response, it is quite evident that the truth is once again being distorted in their favor. There was NEVER a conversation between myself & the salesperson or any type of disclaimer made by him ,of any existing damage prior to the purchase or during the ongoing negotiation process. If there had been, I would not only have attempted to further negotiate a lower selling price on the vehicle to offset the cost of the repair, but would have further opted out of purchasing this particular vehicle & chosen another one of the same model & year with even less mileage on the odometer, that was also available which I also looked at. They also mention of the numerous vehicles they inspect & take photos of that have damages, but yet I was never provided anything as proof for my vehicle to back up their statement.Even though a lower cost resolution was  offered by the dealership to fix the damages, the cost of the damage would still be my responsibility. I stand firm on my initial complaint, therefore, as I'm absolutely positive that no damages were present during my walk around the vehicle in two separate occasions. The dealership should take full ownership of this issue & resolve it at their own expense. Regards,

After thoroughly researching this issue, we confidently disagree with Mr. [redacted]'s account of the situation. The damage on the bumper had been noted by our sales consultant prior to intitially presenting the pre-owned vehicle to this buyer. In the interest of customer satisfaction, we offered Mr....

[redacted] the option to repair the bumper at our cost since the selling price of the vehicle didn't include this additional expense. He declined. We have subsequently attempted to contact him but not received a response. Our dealership personnel manage the purchase and sale of over 100 vehicles per month. We are constantly photographing and appraising vehicles with an eye toward damage or defect. We regret that Mr. [redacted] didn't notice the condition of the bumper prior to sale and we have attempted to reach an equitable resolution.  Coastal Nissan is open to resuming our conversation with Mr. [redacted] at his convenience.

As stated in the last complaint. This company never  full exaimed the rear brake system which is required. Also they never offer a full refund on the brakes they did. Shop manager attitude was  I don't really care. So what I am looking for is a full refund for the calipers and their brake job that they did . As the shop manager explain that dont full exame the brake system at all . They just put new new ones in without examining everything. Looking to get a full refund for everythingRegards,
[redacted]

Per our previous response, all contracts are represented in the Purchase and Sale agreement which the client signed upon purchase and still retains. We are happy to facilitate the cancellation of these products since he no longer owns the vehicle. As of 10/5/17, we are in receipt of the documentation required to initiate the pro-rated refund from the insurance companies providing the products he purchased.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  The contracts regarding the extended warranty and wheel and tire packages have forged signatures on them, I want a full refund for the 2 products I didn't sign for. The main contract was altered after I signed it.
Regards,
