Revdex.com Jefferson St NE Ste A Albuquerque, NM Wednesday, December 14, To Whom it may concern: I received the complaint filed by [redacted] today Wednesday, December 14, I personally had limited contact with this client, however I am fully aware of the interactions which took place between her and NoahFollowing is the way that I perceived it to happen [redacted] came into my establishment after reading an article published by The Sun News, highlighting Noah M [redacted] as a fine artist and reviewing his artworkThe article mentioned that he is also a tattoo artist and gave mention to my shop where he guest spotsShe approached him with a simple idea; to have Wonder Woman tattooed on her forearmShe had rather specific details which she wanted incorporated into the designAt the initial consultation, she left a *deposit of $120, which goes towards the end cost of that tattooAfter a couple short consultations, the design was done and approved by the client, however within that time frame Noah was feeling harassed by several calls and emails by herI recall him feeling that she was pushy and demanding, not understanding that we have other clients and deadlines to attend to as wellShe excused that behavior by saying that she is "from New York, and that's just her personality"The day of the appointment, without adequate notice [redacted] cancelled because of a cut on her handShe also stated that she would no longer be getting tattooed by Noah at this point, thus forfeiting her depositNoah fulfilled his responsibilities to her as a client by drawing the design, as well as putting up with several uncomfortable interactions with her in person, over the phone and through email, according to himNoah also informed me that he saved all emails and audio files of her voicemails due to the harassing nature of them*We take deposits to cover the artists time put into the design as well as in the case of a client missing their appointment or cancelling less than hours prior to their set appointment timeAll of which is made known to each client at the time of making the appointmentFurthermore, on the back of our business card is clearly printed 'NON-REFUNDABLE' on the deposit lineRegards, Keith J [redacted] Owner

If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]ATT:BBB and Keith J [redacted] , Camino ownerMr.Noah and I only met twice to my memory.He was away at court one whole day when I believe I tried twice to go over possible changes with him which he had agreed to then said no to one,....Keith offering suggestions as if he were a helper never did I think he was studio owner.I had expected to be completely healed by Thanksgiving (also my 80th birthday)h Noah knew,..by Nov he gave me offer of the 2nd or the 9th I do not remember confirming a date and when I met with him at his invite,,,he had the former client of my same Tat artist ***, on couch and she told us she had been tattooed by same [redacted] ,,a very fine artist.N, had again for NO reason begun saying unpleasant things about her, I left and called him to cancel the work since not only was not as planned but I no longer wanted anything of his nor anything to do with such an unpleasant egotistical person.I hope Keith has a chance to listen to his tapes etc,as t will do nothing but aide me.St..
