Hi. Unfortunately this customer has no been truthful at all with this experience. We have tried to speak with the customer via phone in the past as well as email, however, he now simply told us to 'deal with it' through the BBB. This customer purchased our service in August of 2016. He signed up for... a $29 per month subscription. He paid one month. He then went delinquent for the following 5 months, meaning he did not pay at all from September through January. Then, in March, he called to re-activate his account on March 20, 2017. He paid $87 to re activate his account. That $87 has since been refunded to the customer as we agreed to re-activate his account for only $29, effectively waiving his past due fees. At no point, up until he reactivated in March, did he ever complain about the service. In fact, he has ruined his power cord for one of this cameras and we sent him a replacement one for free, with only a $10 shipping charge attributed to him. The next correspondence we received from him was in regards to this issue that he sent in this complaint for. When he initially signed up he did in fact sign up for a 12 month term. He was aware of this. At this point the only money we have collected from him is $68 including the shipping charge for the power cord. This customer went 5 months without paying us anything and we waived his past due fees in order to get his account back to active.We have done everything we possibly could to make this customer happy. I have attached some details on his invoicing as well as some of his correspondence. He is vulgar in his communication with us.
