Ordered my necklace on 12/16/2014. Have not received my necklace or response back from the company.Ordered 12/16/2014. Order #[redacted]Desired SettlementWant my necklace within the next week as I've been waiting a month for the product. Business Response This customer has gotten a response from us on several occasions. We have even asked this customer to verify her order number as well as make sure to check her spam email so she did not miss any updates pertaining her order. We notified her about the back order and she never responded back. All emails with this customer are on file and we would be happy to include them if need be. She was even gave my personal phone number to contact me and has yet to do so. I will provide the Revdex.com with her tracking and copy of all info needed shortly. Consumer Response I have recieved an email stating someone was sick with their personal phone number saying dont call after 8pm. I do not have any emails stating it was on back order after sending them emails asking when I would get it. If I knew it was on back order I would've never ordered it from them and now knowing after they could not tell me, I want a full refund back as I have not recieved the item. No more waiting for the item I probably won't ever get, Want A Full Refund.

I purchased 2 items from this company in early Dec 2014, they took my money but have never delivered the items. They refuse to answer my emailsIn early December 2014 I purchased 2 bracelets called: [redacted] adjustable cord bracelets. 1 with the letter *and one with the letter*. This deducted the payment our of my account on December 12 2014. When I had not received an email about the product being shipped I contacted them by email on December 18th. They replied to my email with a [redacted] tracking number. After 2-3 days later I checked the tracking number and the items still had not been sent. When I sent them another email 12/25/14 [redacted] replied that the [redacted] had lied about their delivery and they had had problems with them but they were on their way. I again contacted the [redacted] 12/29/14 and spoke to them and they assured me that the tracking number was for a paid shipment but that the shipment had never been sent. I have contacted them by email that day and every day since. I've called the listed phone number but it is never answered. They will now n o longer reply to me at all. On their [redacted] page there are others who have made the same complaints. All I want is either the items or my money back. Desired SettlementI want the items promised or a refund.

Never received item I orderedI had ordered a necklace back in October of 2014. I had used my debit card tobplace this order on their web site. My order number was [redacted]. They had given me a tracking number that I followed. It showed that my item had been delivered but I never recieved it. Then it showed it had been returned to Camo life forever. I contacted the company rite away and they said it had been returned and would send it bback out rite away. This was back on December 2. I asked a week later for a tracking number and never recieved a reply. I have sent several other emails with no reply. I still have yet to recieve my item. Desired SettlementIbhad ordered this item for a birthday gift for my daughter that she had picked out. She was very upset she did not recieve it. I would like my money back and for this company to make this rite.

Per THEIR company email they state up to 2 weeks for processing. It has been 3 weeks not and I still have not received my product.Per company they state allow up to 2 weeks for processing. I purchased my products on Oct 6 2014. I have received one of the products in the order and not the other. It has not been 3 weeks and I still have not received my product and I have not received confirmation that it has been mailed even. I also did not receive any notification from the company themselves that there was a delay in the shipping of my product at all so I contacted them and they stated that the product I ordered they know takes longer to ship, but yet they do not advise the customer of this which I consider poor customer service practices. If a company states 2 weeks I expect it shipped within those two weeks or to be notifed of any delay. Desired SettlementI would like my product to be rushed or for the company to AT LEAST keep me advised of the status. Business Response This customer has been very rude towards our staff as well as she was upset that she received a gift card for our site and could not find anything she liked which is out of our control. Her order had shipped and she received the tracking for the order. We have proof her order has shipped. The customer service manager has responded to all her emails which we also have copies of.
