On 3/16/2016, Freedom Air and Insulation was to install a new ton Trane A/C package unit for $ This price was to include the permit, the new package unit, replacing all necessary ductwork, adding brackets to install an inline air filter, a new thermostat, year maintenance, year warranty, and haul away of the old unit
The air filter and duct work was not replaced as required The ton unit was installed incorrectly, resulting in significant flooding inside the unit due to it's inability to drain All insulation has been destroyed inside the unit Bacteria and mold growth inside the unit is presenting a health risk to all in my home
There has been no communication from the company for at least six months Telephone calls and e-mails go with out response This unit which is only months old has been ruined
