I looked up this customer's order and it appears that our customer service manager gave him a credit of $to his accountThat was done this morning in response to an email the customer had sent usThe customer service manager said that he thought the customer had said $credit and not 10%
credit he desiredThis was his error which he openly admitted to the customer via email. Since the customer used a welcome series discount of 10% on the order, our customer service manager had notes in this order for the customer to receive 10% off on his next order for the trouble of having dust on his boots. From his original email he said that they didn't appear used, but had some dust on the boots as if they were near a fan that pushed dust particles into the boot box (there is a hole in all boot boxes)I don't see that he emailed any images of the dust on the boots for us to be able to validate the complaintOur customer service manager set up a return in case the customer wanted to return the boots after which he became upset about us not providing a free return shipping labelNevertheless, if this customer feels like he deserves an additional 10% off after already receiving 10% off on the original purchase (original purchase price was $and when using the welcome series code for his first purchase he received a $discount making the total purchase price of $to be exact - with free shipping) due to some dust on the boots, then I'm happy to report that I've added another $to this customers account for a total of $credit, bringing his total discount on this order to 18% from the original purchase priceMore than fair in our opinion.Thank you,Kendall C***Co-Owner - BlackOvis.com and Camofire.com
