We are an official police towing company for the Township of *** and several other surrounding townships in the area, including State Police for over yearsTherefore, we abide by the Township of ***'s towing ordinance feesFurthermore, we are contracted by the management company for
*** *** *** to impound vehicles that do not have valid stickers for parkingWe only access the property of *** *** *** when we are instructed by the management company to remove unauthorized vehiclesAccording to *** *** *** Management Company's Parking Addendum, a valid sticker must be clearly displayed as designated by the landlord, in the window of the vehicleUpon the main entrance of the property is a 36" X 36" visible sign that clearly is in accordance with The Predatory Towing Prevention Act, which has our name, address, phone number etcAs a curtesy, we have posted ANOTHER sign warning residents to not park without a sticker near the garage, WHICH IS NOT MANDATORYTwo tow trucks are sent to tow one vehicleOne wrecker is used to move the vehicle out of it's parking space and out of the garageAlong with special equipment: skates and go-jacks for rolling the vehicle without doing any damageThe vehicle is then loaded onto a flatbed to be towed to the storage/impound yardUpon request I can send you the Township's towing schedule rates, or you can find them on the town's web-siteWe accept cash, *** or *** *** as method of payment

The local police do not enforce the towing codes so they think they're "official" but, there not. It's because of this uneducated delusion that, I have filed a complaint with the State. As noted in my original complaint, they broke at least seven of the towing guidelines. This is clearly predetory and shows that this company cannot be trusted. Thugs running a business and getting away with years of taking advantage of people is what I define as, "Comfortable Corruption". What's more, my investigative reporting team has confirmed my allegations. I think they just don't know the ordinance guidelines which clearly state what I'm complaining about and that I am owed reimbursement.
