enclosed a copy of the "Contract Invoice" I received from Rick Camp Maintenance wherein he agreed to perform minor repairs on each of the nine condominium units, along with a copy of the $500.00 check he was given as a down-payment to cover the purchase of necessary materials. To date the only work he did was calking the split in the chimney at [redacted] and that was not completely done as the split still exists. I am asking for a refund of $250.00 and the special order paint if he actually purchased that.
