We have made a follow-up inspection of the installation as well as the installation practices of many other units within the development. We note that the...

manufacturer's warranty remains in effect on this installation. We are confident that throughout the sales, installation and follow-up service process the best interests of the homeowner were always what was being proposed. At no time did we attempt to proceed without the homeowner knowing our intentions and reasoning.We do not think we will be able to achieve system operation/performance that will be satisfactory to the homeowner. We propose a full refund of the monies paid ($5600.00) and the removal of our equipment (heat pump, fan coil, thermostat).Respectfully,Richard A. S[redacted] Vice President
