On October 18, I brought my Honda Odyssey in for service I have always received service only from Honda dealers; Breakaway Honda and one where we lived in Virginia Among the service requested I asked for the vehicle to be detailed inside and out
On October 19, 2016, I received a call that "the car needed to be buffed out and they’d have to do that at a dealer down the road." The next day I went and picked up the vehicle and couldn’t help but notice there were several people around my car The inside of the car was still wet and it was getting late I arrived home and noticed the car was not complete They had forgot to detail the dash, doors and windows Also, a piece of carpet was missing I went and washed the windows-yes they needed it and found spots on my van that where

In I bought a Honda CivicThe paint now oddly fading, and chippingI discovered that the paint warranty on my car had been extended to years, by American Honda, because there was a problem with the application of the paint when it was manufacturedThey referred me to Breakaway Honda who does all their body repair
When I contacted Breakaway Honda they said Honda would repaint the vehicle at no charge, but they would need to keep the car weeks and that I would have to find other transportation during this weeks because the warranty would not pay for a rental carI am a single nurse that has to get to work, and do not have any other means of transportation
A paint job on a vehicle does not take weeks, when I asked the body shop why they insisted on keeping the car that long, he said it just took that long to paint
This was the manufacturers error and I, the customer, should not be required to furnish my own transportation while they are correcting somethin
I am a new client to Breakaway Honda salesI have been sold a car by Breakaway Honda that was presented to me and then sold to me as having safety features it does not haveAs of purchase date May 24, and delivery date of May (there was rip in the leather they had to repair between purchase and delivery) I now own a Honda EX-L that is void of the very safety feature I clearly presented in written format and verbal conversation to my car salesman and his manager that I wanted included in my car I assert the salesman RJ J*** and the sales manager Adam R*** were fully aware of which features I was seeking based upon verbal discussion of the safety feature I was looking for and written documents I shared Based upon my attempt to discuss this with them on Jan between 10:and noon, Breakaway Honda sales management Dale W*** and Adam R*** is unwilling to swap out my car /provide a refund since they say it is titled and it is my fault I did
I was sold a vehicle with incorrect and/or inaccurate Certified Pre-Owned Certification Was told the vehicle had no issues, being a certified vehicle and as a long time customer, took the word of the dealership The vehicle has in fact been wrecked times, twice requiring a tow I was only shown a summary of the CarFax and explained how that the vehicle is certified, so there would be no issues with it at the time of sale Had I been giving the full CarFax, I would have decided on a different vehicle The dealership took advantage of my trust and long time relationship in order to "slam dunk" a sale The dealership has shown no interest in resolving the issue and rebuilding trust The sales manager refuses to call you and pushes it off to someone else As an almost year customer of Breakaway Honda, I am severely disappointed and will no longer do business with the Bradshaw Brand again I will be following up this complaint with one to the Federal Trade Commission
