Camp Faribo Campground & Seasonal RV Park

This person came to us requesting a spot to park his Camper for a month to six weeks He was told that we have reservations for all of our sites on the weekendsHis response was that he only needed a spot from Sunday or Monday thru Thursday since he drives home on the weekends We
agreed that we would move his camper off the full hookup sites on the weekends Since he did not want to take items from his refrigerator on weekends, he wanted his camper plugged in alsoHe was in a water and electric site He later stated that he had to be in a full hookup site on the weekdays, since his camper did not have wastewater tanks We accommodated all of these requests for himWhen the end of his first month came up, he wanted to camp the weekend with his family over the 22-His rent was due on the 19thHe did not pay, or talk to me or anyone in the office I personally asked him two different evenings to come to the office to pay his rentHe said he would pay on Friday, presumably when he got paid Friday came and went, and he left for the weekend, returning on Sunday, pulling out his camper, without talking with myself or anyone else in the officeHis word is not good.His unpaid rent from the till the 30th is days The weekly rent is 240, days are 40, so the amount due is dollars With tax the total amount due is $429.50.I have called his number twice, leaving a message both times He has not answered the phone or called me or t he office back He stayed under the original conditions for the first month with no complaints, He overstayed his rent, and did not pay, and did not keep his word to pay on FridayObviously he is not man enough to follow through and talk with me or anyone in our officeHow would his business be if he did not get paid after he had provided the service agreed uponSo much for his business practice and word

This is a simple matter When you came to Camp Faribo it was clearly outlined how we could accommodate this camperHe stated he only needed a space in the week, and thus agreed to these arangments He paid the first month and was paid to July 19th We have other workers that were grateful to have a spot and we made the same arrangements with them We have had groups and reservations for a year, so we were upfront and told you what we could do to accommodate the workers such as this camper We have turned away many workers as space in all parks is tight this yearHe was asked to pay and he said that he would He stayed until the 30th of July and was plugged into electricity the entire time Yes, the place was parked is a number site on our reservation sheets Obviously, he was not moved times He was told that every weekend we needed to honor existing reservations We have several workers that are in a spot for the week and then need to move on the weekend and some do not have water and electric This camper had no complaints for the first month until more rent was due Most parks do not want the hassle and do not accept workers due to the extra work this causesWe tell them if you work with us, we will work with you Again, I went to this camper and asked for payment, and he said he would pay, but then suddenly move his camper out with no communication It is simple, pay your bills and communicate He has done neither, but now is complaining after the fact Please pay the weekly rent of $by Friday, August 4, and we will consider this matter closed Please call the office at ###-###-#### to pay your bill

I am rejecting this response because:The campground told me that it would only be one weekend that he would move meI also said I would be gone the week of July 4th and you said good I have lots of campers coming and I need your spotThan he would ask me every week if I was staying for the weekendSo your telling me that I paid $for my monthly full hookup site and you moved me times at $a night so you got a total of $1,for my siteWow what a scam you got going onYou also said that you moved me to a water and power site that's a lieYou moved me behind the Rec hall there is no spots over there and if you think there is than look at your campground map and tell me a site number that you moved me toAlso having no tanks on my camper has nothing to do with anything I paid for a month at a full hookup site not a supposedly water and power siteYou called me on Sunday and left a message and said I had week to pay forThan Monday you called left a threatening message and said I had a week and a half to pay forWhat kind of company threatens people?? Not a good companyI saved both voice mails so I have proof that you threatened meHe said we would work something out the only thing that worked out is more money in your pocket and I got nothing out of it
