Service Manager *** *** has been reprimanded for not fulfilling our promise to Mr*** and will be reaching out very soon
Our intention is not to "run out the clock" we have no clock since we work very hard to create customers for life
Are we 100% successful in our daily pursuit of "customer enthusiasm" unfortunately not but it's not from a lack of effort or process
Mr*** again thank you for pointing out the error on our website,
We will do our best to make the situation as right as possible

price is directly related to financing the purchase.It is not Jake Sweeney Mazda's intention to "bait an switch" it's clientele.The pricing on the requested CX9 changed dramatically because a significant amount of accessories requested approximately $in product/labor.Jake Sweeney Mazda is Greater Cincinnati's oldest dealership 40+ years as well as the largest volume Mazda dealership in Ohio, Ky, and Indiana for the years 2014, 2015, and 2016. As of this date I not received any information regarding a time specific date it will honor its promise. I believe it would be reasonable for the business to communicate with me regarding its efforts as well as providing a date certain for delivery of my merchandise. I trust the business will follow though on its promise in a timely fashion, if not then I reserve my right to reopen my complaint.

Jake Sweeney Mazda is in the process of replacing the ipod nano.

Unfortunately [redacted] was off a few days following the birth of his daughter so communication was dropped which we apologize for.
We will be in touch with the client today to arrange an appointment with our Body Shop to resolve this matter.
