Dear Bertha Bejarano, The guests in question broke most of our rules within fifteen minutes of their arrival Check in is by 8:PM, the group arrived at 11:PMand we received numerous compaints When I went to discuss the noise level that night, a boy was shooting an air pistol inches from my face Only cars are allowed, they had four Oddly, the complainant told our office staff they had a wonderful time and would return If an "elderly" lady asked a guest to cease shooting anything on our property, she was within her rights We have excellent customer service and are told so on a regular basisWe want all campers to have fun,but not at the expense of others This claim is utterly without merit and I would repeat those actions for ANY guest who is unwilling to abide by our guidelines Thank You The Owners KRS RV RESORT Sierra Way Kernville Ca ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:
The rule is that you cannot set up after 8:30 or 9:00 pm... My sister was there early to set up everything we just arrived there late but everything was paid and set up... so there fore we didn't set up anything at that time... the cars yes and the following morning we loved them and paid the $5.00 per car fee for the days.  The shooting that he claims at night when we got there is not correct.  The incident with the berg gun was the following morning when we were walking that my husband swas shooting at a leaf.. if that's not permitted there is a way in talking to people and the way the employee came out at us was un called for.  I , my self did go advise them that the people in the front left a hanging soda can full of little bullet holes, so that in the future because of the nurture incident they wouldn't blame us.. we felt like we had to be tip toeing other wise they were going to call us on anything and everything. Which they did anyways. We had to be quiet at 6 pm.. that's why we go camping outdoors to make noise have fun , not to tiptoeing and quiet...  I really hope we can come to a conclusion before escalating. Like I had mention we felt we had eyes as if we were some sort of criminals.  The owner would drive by with his dog in the golf cart just starring over at us constantly..Thank You, Jessica Nava
