Terry C*** with TLC A/C and Heating LLC was referred by a close friend to help complete leveling of my elderly Mother's home due to uneven leverage resulting from possible sinking foundations that was mostly completed by a prior contractor who passed There was a charge of $for his service We were seeking other home improvements to restore the existing structure, and with MrCollin's sales pitch we hired him to repair other areas of the house MrCollin's work proved, in the end, to be subpar Even though we were patient and considerate, there was skepticism about any further repairs Cost to update the Lower level bathroom, which included resurfacing and color change of the bathtub and sink as well as floor replacement was near $1, MrCollins increased the price of flooring from $to $600, forgetting to provide an updated receipt The paint is chipping from the bathtub and sink with an irregular and rough surface The flooring is unleveled with no properly angled baseboards to trim and finish the corners or edgesThe toilet base molding is of very poor technique without any flexibility The tape is not fasten professionally and is not holding together The bathroom socket is not working, which inconveniently forces us to use an electrical power line in the Living Area After a closer look, the painted surface of the walls are chipping The flooring in the leading hallway is also uneven, which is preventing the bedroom door from properly closing There are open gaps in the flooring as well as paint residue on the cabinet space The wheelchair ramp does not meet ADA coding MrCollins left the job after being paid because we firmly asked him to complete the work that he received payment forLikewise, the structure of the ramp is uneven There are no rails, which restricts safety issuesThe nails holding the ramp together are not secured and may cause injury with nails protruding from the structure Paint chippings are scattered throughout the front area of the house, which is an embarrassment to the community of where we reside MrCollins left broken pieces of wood as well as an electrical cord in the middle of ramp that we had to remove in order to transport my mother outdoors His Coca Cola can and trash is under the house and on the lawn The paint brush and open paint containers are left unattended to in the home and outdoors There are wood particles under the ramp with grass plants peeking through the cracksThe Ramp is not leveled with the attached porch and there are French doors for another customer that have been stored on my Mother's property for some time, which is further depreciating the look of our neighborhood MrCollins did not use drop cloths when working on areas of the houseThere is green paint on the grass and black paint on the sidewalk from putting a coating on the fence In the home, the kitchen table, chairs, television, cable box, TV Stand, etchas dust from partially sanding the unfinished washroom, which is also incomplete MrCollins charged and was paid near $ for this small room that has not been sanded with loosened flooring, which poses a safety hazard Paper towels and Tissue, etcare consumed with dust The cracks of flooring are closed, but no trim work MrCollins cleaned an air conditioner at no cost, but did further work without an agreed upon price He did not provide a proposal and demanded $1,for his work, which has caused further problems with cooling on the upper levelAll together we have paid over $8,for work that is substandardHe has failed to provide receipt for all work done According to his FACEBOOK advertisement, MrCollins is supposedly licensed, but after further research did see that MrCollins was found guilty and fined for working without a license (Advertisement) in February of There is another poor review with some good reviews on his Facebook from another customer for the same reason, getting paid and not returning I am not in the business of judging others and never will Thought we had a good working relationship, but seemingly this company is not what we thought and my Mother is on a limited income She is wheelchair bound from a stroke which left her partially paralyzed The continuous worry is not fair to a Lady who is approaching years old and took to MrCollins questionable kind nature, as well as my familyThe reason for reporting this incident is because of what seems to be a scam There are near photos, but will have some assistance in uploading later

MrCollins was supposed to fix the substandard work that he originally performed on a small homeHe installed an AC unit and was supposed to change out the return box and ductwork in the atticHe did not do soHe charged us for the jobHe took the money and we were not able to get back in contact with himThe home is not our primary residence so we don’t live in the areaUpon getting another inspector to come in and look at his work, it was determined that he did not do what he said he was going to doI would not refer him to anyone else
