Do not rent from Camp Time RV rental! The experience started when Kevin (the owner) met me to pick up the RV and gave a 2 minute walk around of the RV we were renting because he was to hung over to give a thorough walk through. 70 miles into the trip our A/C went out. We started to call Kevin on his cell phone and he did not pick up. Then we had a tire blow out 115 miles into our trip and that is when it really got bad. We could not get ahold of Kevin (owner) and we’re left stranded on the road with 3 young children and my 70 year old mother. After 3.5 hours of sitting on the road he called us and said he would send a repair truck to change our flat tire. When the truck showed up to change our tire we had been on the side of the road for 5 hours and the spare tire in our unit was damaged and flat. We were left stranded on the side of the road and Kevin was no where to be found. We finally had to drive into a town 7 miles from where we were and found someone there to fix the flat spare tire, and we changed the flat ourselves.
We returned the RV the next morning and cancelled our trip as my children were terrified to drive anywhere in the Camp Time RV. Kevin told us he was going to refund our money and has not done so. We also asked him to pay us back for the flat tire we repaired and the wasted gas and expenses which he denied.
Do Not Rent From These Guys!
