Review: my 12-yr old son attended the summer camp, we paid over 3,000 for the 3.5 week-session. After we picked him up from the camp, our credit card was changed $150 for damages, which he did not do. We called to discuss the matter, nobody called us back for 2 weeks and it many phone calls to even speak tp somebody. When I finally was able to discuss the matter, I was told in a polite way that it was witnessed that my son drew on the mattress and boke a window screen. When I asked to speak to the person who saw him drawing on the mattress, I was told that the staff members do not speak to parents. I have never felt that hprrible in my lifetime. I asked tp speak with the [redacted] was told she was not available and it was a closed matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive ful refund and I posted my comments and feedback and would like for it to appear online. This is not the way to treat customers. Thank you, for your help
