There were two technicians who visited our home for a service call today, [redacted] & [redacted]. Both were excellent representatives for their company. Excellent professional appearance, very efficient and knowledgeable and they answered a number of questions I had relative to other services and costs I was interested in. I waqs very impressed with both of them and as a result I intend to contact Campbell & Company for information on their HVAC maintenance program. I have another company doing it now, but my experience today with [redacted] & [redacted] has me leaning to making a change. My first experience with Campbell & Company was a very positive one.

Professional, Accurate, Quality Service was provided in an utmost timely fashion.

Sept 16th to speak with a Campbell rep at Costco, answered all our questions. However since we live in Thorp, just outside of Ellensburg in the county, he wasn't sure Campbell could install a new furnace. He made some calls and by Sept 21 we received a call from Damian that since we were so close to a major highway, install and service would not be a problem. Damian came by our home on Sept 24th, reviewed options, prices, Furnace and heat pump was installed Sept 29th. Tech started at 8 AM and finished at 5PM. All very professional, work area was cleaned up thoroughly.

Tech's [redacted] and [redacted] were here yesterday evaluating our hvac system. We have worked with [redacted] before and found him to be an outstanding young man. Both [redacted] and [redacted] were great! Pleasant and knowlegable, answered our questions, resolved our problem and set up an appointment to have [redacted] visit us to evaluate our system.

We are very pleased with these two techs and our Campbell and Company relationship.

We called Campbell and Company early on a Saturday morning when our air conditioning unit stopped working and the thermostat kept switching to "heat" on a very hot summer day. Within an hour the residential service technician, [redacted], arrived at our home. [redacted] was professional and knowledgeable. He told us all our options and provided price quotes before completing the work. We were very pleased with the timely, professional service and results.

Campbell and Company came in and did a Dryer Vent cleaning service. [redacted] and [redacted] did an amazing job and gave me plenty of helpful tips.

On time with appointment. Very courteous and professional.

Chris Q and Armando U. did chimney cleaning for us in Prosser, did an exception job, arrived on schedule, and not only did a good job, also removed several years of Starling nesting material located inside a metal chimney extension, AND, above and beyond, put up wire mesh around the smoke exit holes to stop the little pests from doing it again. Hire these guys, you won't be sorry.

I called Campbell & Company less than 24 hours ago that my air conditioner stopped working. I received a call within an half hour telling me that had received my emergency call and that they would get to me as soon as they could which was going to be the following day - which is very understandable since it was over 110 degrees outside. Nick came by the next day and was very quick and thorough and to the point. He was able to fix my AC in 30 mins or less. He was very knowledgeable and understanding, again he was very quick to diagnose the problem and fix it :)

Very happy with the service that I received from both the technician and the company. I even signed up for their Service Partner Plan for continued service.

[redacted] provided our first scheduled service appointment today. Very informative and included pricing on the spot.

He gave me a detailed invoice and helpful info for future service needs!
