I would like to begin by saying communication is a wonderful thing - when it happens. Working with Campbell [redacted] has been a challenge to say the least. They NEVER come when they say they will. We have had to call numerous times before getting any action and when we finally do get someone on the phone they lied about when they would show up. Now we have a yard full of roofing junk that was suppose to be cleaned up by them for over 5 days! I have no idea when it will EVER be cleaned up. Campbell [redacted] is a very unreliable company and I just want to make the public aware. It is VERY frustrating!

This was my first time submitting a claim for a new roof. I contacted Campbell Clarke Roofing and they came out that day to inspect my roof. They dealt with the insurance company and within 1 week from start to finish I had a brand new roof that looks just fantastic. Everyone I dealt with, either in person or over the phone, were professional, helpful, TIMELY and came through with everything they promised. Their workers were also professional and cleaned up great after they were done! I would recommend Campbell Clarke (and have) to anyone who needs a roof. I cannot thank them enough for all they did and the great outcome with their product/service.
