Eder from Campbell & Company was friendly, professional, and took the time to talk with us about all the service on our fireplace entailed, as well as our options going forward. He was thorough and did outstanding work. Since we are new owners of this fireplace he took extra time to make sure we understood the controls and answered all of our questions. Great guy.
I have used this service since 2007 and have no complaints for them. They always show up on time and do a really complete inspection of my HVAC system twice a year. The times that I did have problems they went out of their way to get it resolved ASAP. I would highly recommend Campbell and Company, [redacted] is an excellent technician and pleasant to be around and has been doing my service for the last few years now.
