I am still waiting for rebate paperwork to be submitted for work that was completed and paid for as of Septber 9, 2014. I was told today the paperwork was too complicated and would need to wait for someone to come back from vacation to complete. This is in addition to a long line of inferior workmanship and lack of response from the company. I have had multiple contractors do work in the two houses I have owned and have never had any issue. They are by far the most inept and unprofessional outfit I have ever dealt with. I just want to receive the rebate forms that have to be completed by them and hopefully be done.
Review: I called because the water heater was not giving hot water. When the tech arrived he checked the pilot light and it was off. He took off the panel and looked again at the heater. After a few minutes he realized the electric panel hAd been tripped. He flipped switch on the other wall and the pilot light was relit. Total time spent was probably 8 minutes or less and then 5 minutes to write the bill. The bill listed 2 hrs and was for $225.00. When I questioned the high bill he was smug and said that they hAve to have trucks available. It's price gouging. And no price was quoted when I called for the service. I'm retired and don't appreciate being taken advantage of.

Response:
We have talked to our customer and have come to a mutual agreement to reduce the bill. Customer was satisfied with the amount. I did explain to the customer, that normally a weekend service call/overtime rate is $ 225.00, which includes up to two hours of labor.
Review: 6/2014 - smoke came out of heating system, alarm rings, witnessed by realtor agent. Campbell came and changed 4 items that were working fine in the previous week. charged $280, paid.
9/2014 - smoking again, alarm rings, witnessed by an energy audit company.
next day, Campbell was called, but they refused to pick up phone call because it was Friday, only had a few text messages. 3 days later, we called again, they came without appointment, I requested a free evaluation as the system was not used since their prior service. they indicated that they had to take a look first. They checked the heating system, indicated that "system was clear ", "told customer that chiminey needs to warm up for the flue gases to vent out the chimney". I expressed my disagreement and Campbell tech indicated that the evaluation should be free of charge.
9/29/14- another contractor was hired to fix the smoking problem.
10/18/14 - a bill came to us, asking for service charge of $150. we called Campbell multiple times, had multiple email exchanges, questioned what they did in the first service, sent photos of smoke, with my last email to them requesting to cancel the bill of 9/2014. There is no further reply from Campbell.
3/20/15 - a bill came asking for service charge and some late fee total of $170. we called them on 3/26/15, but no reply since then.Desired Settlement: cancel the second bill and apologize.
