Revdex.com:i contacted the business by phone just before I sent the complaint to Revdex.com.Even though I clearly informed the agent that I bough the item new from online retailer and give the name of retailerand also informed him that I have all documentation , agent responded that do not provide warranty because I bought from unauthorized retailer !!!! Warranty documentation does not mention anything about it and also doesn't have a list of authorizedretailers and my phone conversation is recorded by the company as I informed before conversation started.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only if they actually replace the defected item which purchased 01/07/2016 new in a sealed box.In any other case my complaint remains in effect.
