Review: Campbell Home Improvements LLC started installation on my deck on July 17. I believed everything was going well until the county failed the deck for inspection. Although it had failed inspection, [redacted] and his team decided that it was not important to even inquire about this and continue with the installation without fixing the problems the county pointed out. Nothing was done until I notified [redacted] of the failed inspection. [redacted] finally sent someone out to fix the problems but the deck failed the final inspection once again. I spoke to [redacted] myself about the issues with the inspection and issues I noticed myself. It seems to me he wants to do patch work on a brand new deck. I paid $6989.08 to have this deck installed and I don't expect to have "patch work" done. My deck looks horrible. I have had another contractor come to assess the deck and its even worst than I thought. My deck has to be almost torn down to be properly installed and looking good. I will never recommend anyone to hire this contractor for deck work and [redacted] (who sent him) should find better help.Desired Settlement: I just want it to be known about the poor service Campbell Home Improvement LLC provided. I would love to get my money back but its [redacted] I would have to go through. I will file a separate complaint for [redacted].
