Today (September 20,2017), [redacted] , Service Manager of Duval Ford, spoke with Mr [redacted] and resolved the issues raised by Mr*** in his complaint We appreciate Mr [redacted] bringing his concerns to our attention and allowing Duval Ford to address and resolve them We highly value Mr***'s patronage and stand ready to assist Mr*** in the future [redacted] , for Duval Motor Company

I completely understand what duval ford is saying that they don't own their own financeLike I said"Duval Fords employees mislead customers and does not communicate very well with each otherI was treated like they didn't care and as well, I wanted to speak with the General Manager and he still has not calledVery poor service

On July 14, 2016 Mr [redacted] brought in his 2013 [redacted] vin #[redacted] with 53,562 miles on it for a concern of seeing white smoke coming from the exhaust. Upon inspection and diagnosis it was determined that the vehicle would require engine repair. Once all the tests and facts...

were gathered and a cost cap analysis was performed it was determined that the vehicle would receive a short block with related required assembly parts and for the engine head to be inspected for repair / reseal. All parts were placed on order and the short block was found to be on back order. The engine short block was placed on urgent or E – order in attempt to expedite the delivery of the part. The customer has had consistent contact and updates from the [redacted] and was informed that the expected date of delivery of the parts would be around the end of August or first of September. [redacted] discussed transportation with the customer and was told that he was using a family members car but may need a loaner or rental after September came about due to him taking a new job. [redacted] assured the customer we would work with him in those regards. Currently the head is in process of the inspection / repair and all parts are in with exception of the backoredred short block. The latest update given to the customer was on August 15th, 2016 to inform that all dates were still on track and unchanged.

Duval Ford agrees to provide a loaner vehicle to [redacted] while DF operates [redacted]'s vehicle in an attempt to duplicate the harsh shifting concern.  Duval Ford also agrees to reprogram the vehicle's computer at no charge.  We thank [redacted] for his business and...
