I retained the Campbell Law Group on June 7, 2019 to represent me in several cases involving myself and the ***. *** made a request to the court to be listed as my Attorney on record and that all information regarding my case be sent to his address.
I reached out to ***'s office in August for updates regarding my case and was told at the time there was no change and that they were waiting for the court to schedule a hearing date.
I contacted their office again in November regarding the status of my case and at that time I was told that I had missed a court date and now have a failure to appear on my record.
His office failed to keep in contact with me or notify me regarding changes in my case. I never received emails, client portal notifications, nor phone calls from *** or members of his staff.
