The warranty manager was on site 11/19/and replaced the antenna for the *** remote system, the spa light had been replaced the previous day by a Hayward warranty stationThere was a follow up visit by a project manager who had found that a valve had been turned off by the warranty station
that changed the lightThe customer responded to the warranty manager that all was good after thatIssues have been resolved
