We have a full time caretaker that lives at the property , we also have management that works in the office days a week to answer anyones questions that is unable to drive to another locationWe also have met with the police department and the fire department about any concernsWe do not have any inspections that have not passed

no longer require that all cars be removed after each snow fall, they still most do there best to clear the lot of all snow, including in spaces not occupied by vehicles, as well as clearing out handicap spaces.  We will continue to do full lot clears periodically through the winter time on an as needed basis.  This will be times where we will require all vehicles be removed so we can clear snow from every single parking space. If there are any other questions or concerns, we would be happy to assist at any time.   Thank you,
