To whom it may concern:Please note that the customer filed this complaint against Taurus Roofing and General Contracting which is not engaged in business regarding the product of which the customer has concerns The product related to his concerns of sold and serviced by Texas Green Solutions
which is a sister, though separate and distinct, business Nonetheless, we are fully committed to achieving 100% satisfaction for our customers regardless of circumstances; this is no exception As the owner, I was surprised to learn of the customer's complaint and had not received previous communication from him regarding any problems or concerns After speaking with the customer by telephone, it became known that the customer had communicated his concerns to a salesperson and not directly to the owner of the company Unfortunately, the salesperson did not relay the customer's concerns to the owner and the salesperson has been reprimanded, as such I confirmed to the customer that I would personally ensure that his concerns are resolved as soon as possible and that I would have taken personal action sooner; immediately upon having received notice of his concerns.The customer's concerns are related to product technical ***ers of which the company was limited to one technical expert to resolve Unfortunately, that technical expert left the company's employ for personal reasons As soon as that happened, all sales ceased until such expertise could be reacquired by the company To resolve the issue, I told the customer that I would fully refund his money Additionally, I have agreed to allow the customer to retain the product and to provide further technical assistance, at such time that the company is able to reacquire said technical expertise, to hopefully resolve the issue The customer stated that the resolution would be "above and beyond" his expectations and expressed appreciation for the company's actions and commitment to customer satisfaction The customer further expressed apologies at having gone so far as to have filed a complaint before he knew for certain whether the owner of the company was aware of his concerns and had an opportunity to rectify those concerns I believe and hope that the customer will be taking action in attempts to rescind the complaint entirely.Again, I want to reiterate my promise and commitment to all of my past, current, and future customers for their full satisfaction If any customer should have any concerns with any of my salespersons, our service or products, or anything else I invite them to contact me directly at anytime...day or night I will personally ensure action to resolve any issues that I am able I am happy to provide any number of references from very satisfied customers who will gladly attest as to the quality of my company, our products and services, and our customer service.I look forward to resolving the ***er the customer's full satisfaction and glad to hear that his concerns are related to lacking communications and confusion of business entities vice any reflection of ethical business practices.Sincerest regards,*** ***
