I had no previous experience with R and R Plumbing of MocksvilleBut, will always call them in the futureThey responded to my call within hours, and immediately isolated the problem at my water heaterPrompt, courteous, neat, and very knowledgeable

After having a pipe freeze and burst after record breaking cold weather, two plumbers arrived at 9:00 pm on the same day to resolve the issue. They were courteous and professional, and explained the most economical solution for the problem. After completing the work, they cleaned up after themselves and verified that everything was good. Highly recommended!

My Sister owns a [redacted] Watch which was given to her as a gift many years ago . Pfaff Jewellers in London is the only Jewellers that has the machine that removes the back from the watch so that the battery can be replaced . She tried many Jewellers in London before she found Pfaff Jewellers and she is so pleased with them . They have great customer service . Not easy to come by these days !
