Mr [redacted] purchased a roof maintenance package through [redacted] *** We were unable to keep the initially scheduled appointment and called to reschedule Mr [redacted] had already posted a negative review on [redacted] and was unwilling to reschedule the appointment until he was contacted by our owner and offered a discount Our technician was minutes late for the second appointment and Mr [redacted] had already updated his review on [redacted] and filed this complaint When the technician arrived, Mr [redacted] refused to allow him to perform the service and has since filed a refund request through [redacted] ***

We were contracted to replace a flat section of roofing and two skylights on the property in The roof had a 5-year labor warranty, expiring in The existing opening for the skylights did not allow for an FCM flashing kit as the manufacturer does not offer one for the
corresponding skylight The customer exchanged correspondence with us in during a request for a copy of the receipt and never mentioned having any issues with the skylights.*** ***12/16/14tomeHi ChrisThanks for helpingHere's the estimate we received from you guys.We paid by credit card and I've contacted the company and they said this transaction falls outside the window of their records. Had the customer ever reported having any issues with any of our workmanship during the warranty period we would have certainly addressed and corrected them However, we are now four years past the expiration of the warranty and the roof has far surpassed its life expectancy.In addition, the customer notes that he paid an amount in excess of the contract price The only possible additional charges that could have been incurred would have been the result of roof decking that required replacement due to rot The additional charges associated with wood replacement are clearly noted on our contract

*** *** filed this complaint on behalf of his mother prior to his follmeeting with a technician, where it was determined that all of his complaints had either been resolved or were non-existent We have gone above and beyond to accommodate her in every way and have installed a roof
on her home that will not cause her any issues for decades. We are so confident in the material we have installed and in our workmanship that we guarantee the performance of the roof for the length of time that *** *** owns the home
