Review: Initially the hired movers showed up two hours late to our agreed to move out time. More importantly, once the items were moved, after they had left I went to sit on my bed which I realized was completely broken and falling apart which was not the case before the move. I immediately contacted the owner who has yet to respond to countless phone calls or texts and it has now been way over a month. When I looked under my bed I noticed half the parts were actually missing from the frame and just left on the floor which was initially hidden under my mattress. As the bed was the only large thing that needed to be moved, there would have been no need to hire movers had it not been for the transport of this bed. I had paid in cash at the time of the move.Desired Settlement: I would like the $350 to be returned so I can now purchase a new bed frame.
