Review: In spite of four phone calls, I cannot get this company to provide an itemized list of parts and their prices detailed on an invoice. They also will not list the man hours and the hourly rate that I was charged. The boiler technician did not have the standard boiler parts on his truck and had to make two trips back to the shop to get parts. I informed this company at the time I called that the boiler was leaking. This technician should have had these standard parts on his truck and not be required to return to the shop for parts. The invoices (2) show only parts and a dollar amount and labor and a dollar amount.Desired Settlement: I want a DETAILED invoice that lists each part and the associated price. I also require a DETAILED list of the hours and the hourly rate that was charged. If I was in fact charged for the technician's travel time for parts he should have had on his truck, I want that charge removed.

Response:
Sir/Madam
I filed a complaint regarding Campbell Plumbing and Heating invoicing on Aug 18, 2014,
I have heard nothing from you or Campbell's Plumbing and Heating located in Belgrade MT.
When I filed the complaint I had received a second invoice, which again was deficient. I could not upload the second invoice to your website. I have included with this e-mail. Again they have not detailed the parts used and price nor the hours and rate charged.
Can you give me an update?

Response:
To whom it may concern,
On January 11, 2015 our heat went out at around 7:30 pm. Campbell's Plumbing and heating website lists a 24/7 emergency number to call. There was no answer on the emergency number and no call back after a message was left. The temperature outside when the initial call was placed was around 30 degrees F, with a low expected of 16 for the night. When you have a 1 yr old that your trying to keep warm this qualifies as an emergency. Thanks for nothing and misleading your "customers" with your website.
