Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This response it not accurate. I sent the water & the chemicals Bill to them. Then I kept calling & calling about this. They did receive them. They also did not respond to the trespassing. I read another complaint addressing this same issue on the trespassing. So I can now assume this is a standard way of operating. People feel very violated when this happens to them. I might just get with them & we can both take them to small claims court. I  do not want another person to feel this way

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...

[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.   I would accept the response from the business except they have not returned repeated calls until this past Wed and then decided to call stating they see they missed a call.  Mark stated has been busy and could not call! This is a business owner!  Mark said he would be out last Friday 9/23 or this Monday 9/26 to look at the pool.  We have yet to hear from him on  it or see him!  This is what we are afraid of come opening season. If they are not returning calls or when they do they set a date but never show!.  Do not understand why Campbell does not want to fix the issue now rather than to wait until the busy season hits again.  If only they would hold up to what they have said so far then maybe we would trust that they would fix it later.  Fixing means digging the dirt back out away from the pool, taking it down, reinstall the pool in a circle shape, install new sand, new liner and skimmer wall.  And pay for the water that we are having to drain due to the fact they did not install it correctly.   I have attached pictures of the liner, but not how out of round it is.  This is hard to get a picture showing one side to the other while showing the measuring tape.  We are just at our whits end trying to get this fixed as we spent a lot of money to have them dig and install for it to look like this!  I am sure Mark would not want his pool to look like this if he had it in his back yard!

We went to Mrs [redacted] home on July 22 and installed a new liner she did call back and complain about some foot prints in the sand so we scheduled for her pool to be emptied and reworked. We completed this work on August 27. I have it written down where customer wanted water bill reimbursed but...

have no copy of a water bill. I have been cleaning out for the new year and still have not come across one. Not saying she didn't send one but I can't seem to locate one. I have a separate file for refunds on things like this and can't find hers in there. If she would like to resend I will look at it and get a refund to her

These are not  true statements by Campbell installation. Half of my front yard was damaged also initially they said they did the damage but refused to fix it. They only agree to talk with me after the police became involved. They also did not aquire any permits from the city and also no proof of insurance that they claim to have has ever  been shown. I have seeker legal representation. Also the purchaser of the pool which has never been completed has a lawsuit pending also.

Mrs [redacted] called and scheduled a liner change out with our company. She says she was scheduled prior to the date of showing up. We did not have any paperwork or have her on the schedule before the date that we showed up. When my installer got there we had on her paperwork a liner change and a...

rework. When we got out there it was actually a relevel and not a rework and the guy did not have a laser transit with him to do a relevel, but Mrs. [redacted] had purchased her own liner and had it at her home for us. When the guy looked at it he told her she had an overlapping liner and she wanted a beaded liner. My installer left as Mrs. [redacted] lives in Joshua and the place she bought the liner from was in Burleson and the warehouse where should would have to get the replacement liner she would have to drive all the way to North Richland Hills. So since I knew that they would not have the liner in Burleson and she would have to go to NRH to get the correct liner I told the guy to go on his way. About 30- 40 mins later Mrs. [redacted] called from the Bonnie and Clydes store because she had left her cell phone at home and they did not have the liner she wanted and she decided to just use the one she originally bought. We tried calling the installer who did not answer his phone. By the time he did call back and Mrs. [redacted] call he had already made it home and had showered and thats why he did not answer the phone. By this time is was approximately 5:00 p.m. We offered an install date of 2 days later since the schedule for the next day had already been set and she was not happy with that and told us she would get another company to do her install. I didn't not think it was right to argue with her so I just said "Ok" and we both went our own ways. When a customer decides they want to change something and we can't do install right in that moment we always send them home if no more jobs or send them to the next job and we always reschedule that job as the guys do not like sitting around not being able to do work and just waiting not knowing whats going to happen or how long it is going to take someone to get the correct parts. So our business always reschedules jobs that do not have correct items when we arrive the time of install. This was a mistake on both of our parts. She having incorrect liner and us not sending a laser transit with our installer. We apologized to her over the phone but she just wasn't happy with us and I feel we both caused this problem and tried to get it done in a reasonable amount of time which was 2 days later.

Again we would like to apologize for driving across your yard. We would like again offer our hand out to you and get the yard fixed for you. We would come in and fill in holes with some fresh top soil take it flat and lay some sod over the laid top soil. We greatly apologize for the negligence of our installer who drove across your yard and want to make it right by us fixing it. All we can do to make this right I feel is for us to fix it and this is something that we can do without brining in a separate company to do. This is something our company knows howTo do and can do for you when you are ready. Again we are sorry and we want to fix this and have offered to fix this in 2 different emails and now through Revdex.com 2 different responses. Thank you!!

We have tried contacting Mrs [redacted] several times to get her yard fixed for her. She has not responded. I am attaching the emails that we have sent her. We would like to make the repairs ourselves since the cost of estimates she has given us are very high and we know we can fix it to her...

satisfaction at a lot cheaper price by us doing the repairs ourselves. We did drive across a small portion of her yard and have told her we would make it right and we would fix it. We are willing to fix her yard but we are wanting to do it ourselves. We have apologized and have tried making this right by fixing her yard but we have gotten no response. Hopefully she will agree to us fixing her yard and getting her taken care of.

We started Mr. [redacted] job on 4/18/16 when we came to his property to do a 2ft dig with a haul off of excess dirt and to install his 30' Swimming pool. We did just that on that day. The haul off that he is asking for a refund for the money paid for haul off is what is paid to the dump truck company...

we hire in. This is what he charges us for these jobs. I believe we were missing Mr. [redacted] light on day of install so we went back out on 4/18/16 to install this light. Within a few days Mr. [redacted] called with a leak in his swimming pool. We went out on 4/23/16 and found that there was a hole in the liner but this hole was a seam separation. This is a manufacturer defect and has nothing to do with the install its self. On 4/28/16 we went out to change the liner and the job was too wet.  When we went back on 5/3/16 the job was still too wet and the walls has started to collapse in a little so to keep the pool from being damaged the decision was made to take the pool down. This is the best choice to keep Mr. [redacted] from having a damaged pool. We were doing what was best for the customer. 0n 5/6/16 we went back out to Mr. [redacted] property and reinstalled the swimming pool. Mr. [redacted] did not have to pay for the new liner nor did he have to pay for the take down or reinstall of the pool as these problems arose after a manufacturer defect in the liner which neither us nor BC could keep from happening. After Mr. [redacted] inconveniences we came back on 5/23/16 and backfilled his pool for free. This was even a service that wasn't paid for in the beginning but we did it to help him out and try to make Mr. [redacted] happy after all his troubles. On 7/19/16 We went out after he called a few days before and replaced the laterals in his filter system after complaints about sand being blown back in the pool. This is also something that would be a problem with the manufacturer and nothing to do with the install itself. After a couple weeks Mr. [redacted] called back saying there was sand in his pool again I called BC because this is a situation that is very rare that this would happen twice. I was advised that this would most likely be mustard algae which look almost identical to sand but floats instead of sinks. Then on 8/1/16 Mr. [redacted] called a couple days before reporting another leak in the liner. We patched a small hole in which our service tech said looks like something put a small tare in the liner whether a pool brush or something else. We have done our best to do everything above and beyond for Mr. [redacted] and make him as happy as we can. At this moment we are unaware of any problems Mr. [redacted] has with his pool and believe all problems have been resolved. We can not issue a refund as we have done everything we can to make his job right and believe his pool has been set back up and is in working order.
