Have had a nice A+ rating for several years with the Revdex.com and have always responded to any complaints from customers and always go back to fix any and all problems. Mr [redacted] called after cleaning to complain about 3 drips...

of oil on the driveway we immediately came back and tried to clean it out off of the driveway and appeared 99% successful.  He seemed to be satisfied although our van doesn't leak oil  we still tried to help him in case it was our fault. The next day he called and told me that he could still see it and I told him I don't know if it's from our van because we checked it before and after and there was no leak. We also told him to leave it alone and we would  try our best to extract it with our machine.  When we got there he had put a product on it and smeared it into 3 larger areas which made it completely harder to extract.  We are a good company and always come back and remedy any problems to the best of our ability as we did for Mr. [redacted]. The next day he called me and said he could still see it and I explained that if he hadn't smeared it into the concrete with his cleaning product we would have been able to get better results.  And at this point I explained to him that there was nothing more we could do besides what we had done because of him smearing it prior thus making it harder to remove.  After that he called the next day and I explained that we have come back and tried our best and we removed 90% of it. I did everything I could to address the situation. At that point he called me over and over again through our the day harassing me to the point where I did not pick up his phone calls. Have had 0 complaints for several years with the Revdex.com. I appreciate you listening to our side of the situation.
