I purchased a pair of shoes from the Camper online website on 6/**/(order #***) when the shoes arrived they looked nothing like the pictures displayed on the website As they were not accurately depicted I began the online return process and sent them back to Camper for a refund using the *** label that they supplied as part of the process(Tracking#** *** *** ** *** ***) The tracking number confirms that this return was delivered and accepted on 7/*/and yet nearly a month and a half later I have yet to receive the refund of my purchase
I have called the Camper customer support line multiple time as well as submitted multiple written requests to have this issue addressed, each time they take over a week to respond and tell me I should expect to see a refund within 3-business days The last contact I received like this was now days ago and I have yet to receive my refund

Review: Defective shoes that fell apart in less than 10 months. After a series of emails including photos of the shoes they agreed to replace them. I paid for shipping from my own pocket with the agreement that the shoes would include a credit for the amount paid to a Camper store, where I would pay the difference for new shoes.

Shoes sent, no reply. No response to multiple solicitations for a response via email, and by phone.Desired Settlement: Credit for the amount agreed upon, and improved customer service from Camper as a company.

Review: I purchased my Campers on 4/2013 under the understanding that it had a warranty. When I took the shoes to the store in 2/2015, still under the 2 year warranty - the request was not honored. As a matter of fact, the manager was NOT at the store at the time, so the sales representative, took the shoes -- and my phone number. Two months passed by -- I received no call. After I remembered that the shoes were still at the store; I stopped by to speak to a manager. The sales representative said there was nothing wrong with the shoes; embarrassing me.

This is false advertising. Bad customer service.Desired Settlement: The shoes cost $158.05 in total. I want a credit to purchase different shoes as these shoes are no longer in stock.

Review: The purpose of this complaint is to get Camper to refund $151.20 CAD to my credit card because I returned shoes I had purchased on-line. I mailed the shoes to Camper as instructed but they say they never received them. I notice there have been at least two other complaints to Revdex.com where customers have returned shoes by mail but Camper has alleged it never received them. I have also fallen victim to this scam.

I also want to lodge a complaint about the Camper website because it failed to register a coupon code that Camper sent me in an email in order to induce me to buy its shoes on-line. Furthermore, Camper does not answer its Customer Service line so I have been unable to resolve my problem directly with them. However, the only remedy I am requesting is for my money to be refunded.

My problems started when I signed up to receive emails from Camper. I promptly received two emails from Camper, each one had a coupon code I could use to get 50% off the price of shoes. The coupons were time-limited, expiring on July **, 2015.



I decided to purchase a pair of Camper shoes because of the coupons. However, when I clicked on the email hyperlink to Camper’s on-line store, the Order form DID NOT have a box to enter the coupon code. I tried numerous times to re-enter the order, but each time I got the same checkout page to complete and pay for my order and there was no box for the coupon code to be entered.

I called Camper’s customer service line five times between July ** and **, 2015 but each time my call went to the same voicemail, asking me to leave a message and advising that a customer service agent would call me back. I left messages – at first brief, but in subsequent messages I explained my problem with the lack of a box to enter the code to use the coupon. By the last two calls I was leaving pleading messages begging a service agent to call me back. None of Camper’s customer service agents returned any of my calls.

It appears that Camper does not really have a customer service line that it monitors and answers.

On the last day of the sale where I could use the coupon I again was directed to a page with no coupon box. At this point I began to think the opportunity to use the coupon would present itself at the end of the on-line procedure, and so I completed the purchase, but the coupon entry box never appeared. I was charged the full price on the shoes. I received confirmation of the purchase from Camper, which included a statement that if I was “not completely satisfied” I had 30 days to return the shoes.

Again I called the customer service line but only got voicemail. So I filled out the on-line form explaining the problem with Camper and seeking assistance. Camper sent an email acknowledging receipt of the form.

On August *, 2015 I replied to the email as follows:

“Further to your email, I haven’t heard from your Customer Service Team. I called your toll-free number on Wednesday, August *, 2015 at 1:49 p.m. EDT (12:49 p.m. EST) but again – this is the 5th occasion – all I got was your voicemail message to leave my name and number for a call back. I have never received a call back on the four previous occasions when I left a message. Please arrange for your Customer Service Team to respond to my email at their earliest convenience.

On August **, 2015 I received Camper’s standard email response of acknowledgement and a suggestion that I call them “if I wanted to follow up with [their] team directly”.

I then emailed Camper that as it was obviously not going to respond to my pleadings for assistance, I wanted to return the shoes.

Camper sent me an email with an attached return form and mailing instructions.

I filled out the form and mailed it, with the shoes, to Camper [redacted].

I waited several weeks for the return to be posted to my [redacted]. Given the lack of service from Camper up to that point I tried to be patient. However, Camper did not refund my money. On October **, 2015 I emailed Customer Service asking where my refund was. I received a reply stating “[redacted]”.

Camper did not refund my money. On December *, 2015 I wrote a lengthy email to Camper describing the sequence of events and asking for a refund. In response, I received a telephone call from “Fabiana” at Camper (tel. ###-###-####) who asked me to send her documentation proving I had mailed the shoes to Camper. I did so, but have not heard from Fabiana; nor have I been able to contact her despite telephoning her directly (as opposed to using the Customer Service phone number). I left a message for Fabiana on January *, 2016. No one from Camper has called me back.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Camper refund $151.20 CAD to my credit card.

Review: I purchased two pairs of kids shoes online on 7/**/15 totaling $120 (order # [redacted]). The shoes were too small and I returned them to your warehouse location in Cranbury NJ on 7/**. I tried calling your number for more details on how to return the items but your 877 toll free phone number goes directly to voicemail. The shoes were delivered to Cranbury on 8/* (I have tracking info that shows delivery). I have since called your toll free number 3 times inquiring about my refund and have left the same amount of voice mails. I've also sent an email from your website. I have had no replies and no refund after 14 days of you having received my returns. This is unacceptable. I want Camper to refund my ASAP and also provide me with a customer accommodation for all the trouble I've gone through to get any type of service from your companyDesired Settlement: I want a refund of the returned order ($120), a refund of the return shipping ($11.05) and some form of customer accommodation for the effort of getting a refund and trying to reach you.
