We have used them for 3 years now. Always the best service. Even this year with the virus, everything was clean and fresh. Set up like home away from home. Dawn stops in to check on you, to make sure you are doing ok!! Will continue to use them for our Disney camping adventures!!

Dawn and everyone at Camper Rental Adventures are amazing! They made our first camping experience at Fort Wilderness the first of many! So easy to work with, lots of great promotions too. You literally pull in, they meet you at your site, walk you through the fully appointed camper and make sure you have everything you need. The convenience of a hotel, but with personalized check-in. We've already booked another trip!

We just got home from our week long camping trip at the Fort. What an amazing time!We were highly impressed with their customer service. Communication was always there. Everything we needed was there and waiting for us. Our camper was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely will use their services again. Already booked our next trip. Highly recommend.

Rented for family vacation everything was great from start to finish will rent from them again!

Dawn knows what customer service is all about. Great person to work with, very professional. Our camper was recently stolen and we rented a camper for Camper Rental Adventures and so glad we did. You won't be sorry for renting from her. Look forward to renting again.

We rented a camper through Camper Rental Adventures in June of 2019. The process was seamless. We told them which site we were booked at and they set up everything while we were at the grocery store stocking up. Then they returned to give us a walk through of the camper. Everything in the camper worked properly. They even upgraded us to a larger camper than we had a originally booked with no additional cost. My family of 6 were very happy campers!! We can't wait to be able to plan another camping trip in the future!

Such amazing customer service! I needed a rental last minute & they took care of absolutely everything for me. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a fun camping experience at Disney!!

We have used them now for 2 years. We will never use anyone else. They set up everything for you, take care of you during your stay, and treat you like family. This trip we had my 84 year old father in law with us and because they had a golf cart not being used some days they would leave it with us. Really made his trip enjoyable. They had the camper in a Mickey and Minnie theme and we rented a fire pit from them. Already planning our next trip!!!

Great company!!!! Dawn and Ray go above and beyond for their guest. Highly recommended!!

Hello we are the Maples family and we found camper rental adventures threw Facebook at the time I was looking at trying to plan a family camping trip to check it off of my 5 year old daughter's bucket list as she had never been camping due to being in and out of the hospital alot and she is terminally ill and has had 36 brain surgeries and countless others and we did not think we would ever get to take her camping due to her needs well Dawn and Ray made sure it happened and it was so easy all we had to bring was our clothes and Dalelyla's needs.
Dawn and Ray was running a contest at the time giving away a free stay so I went for it and entered a video and we won a 2 night camper rental and site with a golf cart we were so excited.
The biggest surprise was we would get to check 2 things off Dalelyla's bucket list as Dawn had pulled all the magic and we would spend Christmas at the fort in an amazing camper fully stocked.
The bad part was Dalelyla landed herself in icu 5 days before Christmas and had to have emergency brain surgery but that did not stop us we managed to get released 2 days before Christmas and Dawn and Ray had everything we dreamed of fried chicken in the fridge stuff for Smores a fire pit and a golf cart to drive our princess around in to see all the amazing lights.
Dawn and Ray had already went above and beyond and if that was not enough but Dalelyla was missing something very important she had not seen Santa not only did she get to be the first little girl on Christmas eve to sit on Santa's lap but we were so surprised to be the honorary family to lite the huge Christmas tree where Santa sat at the Fort Wilderness.
Dawn and Ray I can not thank you enough for giving us the opportunity to make the most magical memories with our sweet family that we will cherish forever. They are so much more than a camper rental company these people are like family.

Highly recommend Camper Rental Adventures for your stay at F. Their campers are clean and very well stocked with everything you need for inside and out. Their prices are very reasonable with no hidden fees. They have many campers to choose from to accommodate any size family and groups. Plus you can book golf cart packages for a much better price than Disney. The owners, Dawn and Ray, provide excellent customer service from booking through your entire stay. They make sure you have everything you need and you can't beat the theming and personal touches they provide. You won't regret booking with them!

Booked one of their RVs for Dec vaca.Canceled well in advance of trip.Requested a refund and over a month,mutliple communications, still no refund.
On April 25th of this year I booked an RV rental through said company. I April 26th, I paid in full for the rental. Unexpectedly, I needed to cancel my trip in which I did so in the beginning of September. I was issued a refund receipt on Sept 5 in the amount of 957.44 ($250 less than my full amount), which is their policy. After many communications and requests, I still have not received a refund.

Desired Outcome

I want the refund that I am due.

and Camper Rental Adventures have worked out an payment arraignment. This refund will be settled in a timely fashion. I made an exception on my no refund policy in this case.

Canceled a year in advance but they won't refund our money.
My daughter used their camper rental service this year and had major problems with the camper and their service and then it took more than a month to get her security deposit back which should have been returned within 15 days and it took long to get the refund that they promised her for her inconvenience and the trailer down grade. Not wanting to go through all these problems on our vacation next year we decide to cancel the reservation. We canceled the reservation a year in advance but they refuse to refund the money telling we I have to file a complaint with my credit card to get it back, which I have done.
We payed them on July 4, 2018 invoice 1565 for Sept. 15-22, 2019 rental payed with a credit card for the amount of $863.95. On Sept. 25, 2018 I emailed them requesting cancellation and refund, after first saying they would refund the money, over the next couple of week they said they would not and I would have to file a complaint with my credit card company, which has been done.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the $863.95 I paid.

I am answering a complaint from ***. I did receive an email from *** asking to cancel his reservation for September 2019. We have a strict policy on our website as to cancellation. We do not issue refunds for cacancellations only credits to be used with inin the year. This policy is clearly posted on my website in 2 locations. In my e-mail I asked him if he was sure that his daughter he was refering to had even rented from our company , because I had no sure experience as he was describing. I know and work personally with all my clients and know of no one that was waiting for a refund or had any bad experience with us or our campers. Since it was possible an erea on his part , I asked him to reconsider his cancellation, and I would personally bend over backwards to ensure his vacation would be over the top. After several weeks I had not heard from him, I assumed he reconsidered. He soon after emailed me ever more violent and threatened. I honestly at this point knew
this vacation was not going to work for either one of us, so decided it was best to allow him to find a different company. Again my policy is no refunds only credit. He may chose to dispute this with his credit card company as I did suggest, if he felt that he wasn't going to use the credit. I have in the past refunded money to clients for medical reasons, finicial or lost in the family. I do understand when booking a vacation up to a year in advance circumstance chance, however I believe Mr. was cancelling because he recieved a better deal from another company, and only made up this story.
We are only a small company , very hands on and kget to know all our clients personally. His threatering personally does not fit with our friendly magical company that offers great Camping Adventures.
We have this cancellation policy in affect so we don't lose money on those holiday weekends that everyone tends to book a year and half in aadvance . I may lose business if I am booked up and a potential clients has to reserve with another company.
This type of practice is something I adopted from others in our industry. So it is a very common practice.
I hope this explains my companies process.
#1 I tried to convince Mr. off our ability to guve him a relaxing and enjoyable vacation he so truly deserves.
#2 I believe he made up information about our company that was untrue to give him a readon to change companies.
#3 Per our website We have a " no refund issued only credit"
#4. We do make exception for medical, death in the family or financial. It is on a case to case basis.
#5. Mr. was mean and threatened us. If he didnt recieve refund he was going to report us to *** and to the Revdex.com.

It's all a big lie. Her web site said, when we signed up, full refund up to 30 days in advance. My daughter had nothing but problems with the rental and the refund. My daughter was sure she rented from her company or at least a company with the same name and website and phone number. The only threatening I did was to report her to ***, the Revdex.com and my credit card co.. All of which had to be done because she refused to honer her refund policy and I don't want to see some else go through all this needless garbage. At one point she accused me of trying to ruin her family business, wrong she was ruining her family business. all she had to do was issue the refund and none of this would have been written. She believes I went with someone else to get a better deal, she's wrong we went to a *** cabin and it cost a lot more but I know it will be clean when I get there without any roaches in it.

Camper Rental Adventures has a no refund policy. It is clearly stated on our website. We only issue credit. This is a common practice in this business. Please refer to our website: Camperrentaladventures.com to view our cancellation policy. It is listed at least 2 times. I do make exception to this policy per requested. It is granted pon a case to case basis. In most cases clients do getdo receive a refund.

Credit card refunded our money. When we canceled our reservation one of her sites still had the 30 day refund option. She makes things up as she goes along. If you do business with them it is at your own risk. Your better off paying the extra money and staying in a *** cabin, it will be clean, roach free and they'll give you a refund any time without a reason.

We visited*** June 30th-July 8th 2018 and was supposed to receive a refund in the amount of $150 within the 7-10 days of checkout date. Still have not received the refund and it is now July 31st and the owner has argued several times with me about it.
