Mr. [redacted] paid $525 for the space rent and $200 for the security deposit. On June 1' 2016, Mr. [redacted] paid $253.90 for the prorated rent for the rest of June. On...

June 25th 2016, Mr. [redacted] told the office that he was moving out and asked for his deposit back. We told him that he had to give us a forwarding address and a check would be mailed to him and that it could take up to 21 days. The address that was given to us was [redacted].
Our office mailed check 019616 in the amount of $200 to the above-referenced address on July 19th 2016. As of today, the check has not cleared our account.
The rent rate for Camper Resorts is as follows: Monthly $525, Weekly $250 and Daily $40. Mr. [redacted] originally paid for one month space rent from May 17th to June 17th 2016. He then came in to our office and said he was going to stay longer and paid the pro rated rent for the remainder of the month but then left early. Based on his leaving on June 25th, he should have paid $250 for one additional week and $40 for one additional day for a total of $290. Instead, he paid for $258.90. Based on this calculation, he would still owe us $31.10 for the time he was here.
