Review: The merchant is running a factious online store: [redacted] On October **, 2013 my husband and I were at Camper shoes flagship store in [redacted].

The shoe I desired was not available in store in that the store placed an order online.

On October [redacted] I received my boots but was stained and damaged In that retuned the product via [redacted] and I ordered and New one online.

The reordered new boots received were used and damaged similarly I returned I reshipped them to the online store in [redacted] NJ .

Until today there is no monies or exchanged received from the merchant.

Fact: the Merchant had shown bad bath to answer any phone calls or email although they have a customer service fictitious number listed on their website ###-###-####

Fact: The merchant had established fictitious phone numbers in NYC address in that no one answers and I had tried calling for over a week with no avail or return calls.###-###-####

Fact: The merchant credit cards monetary exchange are executed in Europe ( Spain) and my credit card was charged in that location.

Fact" The Merchant in violation of state and Federal consumer protection acts where merchant established factious website embezzling monies from the American consumers and selling used good as new.

Fact: The Merchant has created inconvenience and grief to the my husband and I in that we seek monetary damages, In that we would like the Attorney general and the IRS to investigate this company legitimate existence in the USA since their monetary transactions are done overseas.. Response:

A full refund, in the amount of $420 (through 2 separate transactions), was provided to the customer on NOV **. This refund was provided to the credit card originally used to make the purchase(s).

At this time, the pair in question has been removed from the website and reclassified as damaged.

The Customer Service phone line (###-###-####) is manned Monday-Friday 10am-6pm (Eastern Time). If all operators are assisting other customers, the option to leave a voicemail is made available.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from the camper eshop on January [redacted]2014 using my paypal account for $120. I later received the shoes and decided to return them. They issued a return shipping label. I sent the shoes back and received an email notification that I would be receiving a credit (on March **). I have not received my money back. It took 3 days just to get someone at Camper to respond to my emails and/or phone calls. Then, I was assured by [redacted] that my credit was issued last week. I contacted paypal and they have no record of a credit being issued and told me I should contact Camper again. Camper is unresponsive. I have been hung up on after waiting in their call queue for several minutes.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back ($120). For some reason, they think they have issued the credit, but paypal has not received it.

Review: I bought a pair of Camper shoes on June **, 2012. The zipper handle on the right shoe broke within the first year of owning these shoes, and the zipper on the left shoe has started failing as well. Now the leather is separating from the sole of the right shoe. I was pleased to see on Camper's web site that they offer a two-year warranty against manufacturer defects on their shoes. So on 2/**/14 I filled out a form on their web site and received an automated response with a case number. I also called the customer service number, ###-###-####, that day and left a voicemail. Receiving no response, on 2/**/14 I filled out another form on their web site and received automated response with another case number. I also called and left another voicemail that day. Then on 2/**/14 I called and left another voicemail. I have received no response whatsoever via e-mail, phone, or any other means.Desired Settlement: I would like for Camper to honor their warranty or at least to communicate with me.

Review: I have contacted CAMPER three times regarding a FULL refund (including shipping charges) for returned shoes, which they have not responded to this matter. The reason for returning the shoes back to CAMPER was due to manufacturing defect. I have included a picture of where the defect was located on the shoe and I've included the original receipt from UPS ([redacted]) with the return. CAMPER has failed to comply with their return policy standards and I would like to have this company reprimanded for my troubles. Also, I received a return notification via email for an item I never returned and the return was not refunded to my account. Additionally, no one answers the CAMPER customer service number listed on the website.

According to CAMPER policy, states below (copied from website):

Online returns:

In addition to meeting the requirements stated above, the item must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity.

If all these conditions are met, Camper will refund the cost of your purchase less the original and return shipping costs. If you paid COD, the additional shipping charge applied to this payment method will also be subtracted from the refund amount. If you are returning an item because of its poor quality or a manufacturing defect attributable to Camper, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after we receive the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be sent by the same method used to make the original payment.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Camper will not accept COD shipments under any circumstances.

Only products purchased at Camper.com can be returned or exchanged via our website.Desired Settlement: CAMPER is held accountable per their company return policy and responsible for refunding my shipping charges for returning faulty shoes.
